DO NOT move here. The management is rude unless your --------. The maintainance is practically non existent. I complained for almost 6 months of water leaking from the ceiling in my kitchen, during which time the only thing done was they put up a piece of plywood to cover the hole. It still leaked everyday. The place is overrun with drug dealers. Random people knocking at your door all hours trying to sell any and everything including drugs. The pool was never opened and I mean never within two years of living there. I lived right infront of the pool by the office. It floods in most apartments. The swewer backs up all the time so there's literally crap everywhere you can't help but tract it into your apartment. They steal from you. Going in your apartment without notice. I've seen them come out of my apartment leaving my door unlocked and no notice that they even came. Then when I called they said they were doing "inspections". Not to mention the mice problem and Roach issues they have. I lived in the nicest building I've seen inside of many other buildings and its much worse. They put all ------ in the very back,--------- in the first building then the efficiency and -------- families in the middle by the office. The walls are paperthin u can hear what your neighbors are saying, what they're watching on TV ect ect. The laundry rooms always smell like mildew, so unless u want mildew clothes then your going to the laundry mat. If you do choose to use it don't leave your stuff there it will get stolen.

We've lived here for over 3 years, and have been through 3 different managment companies. None of them have made any noticeable efforts to improve the property as a whole or to improve the quality of maintenance received. We've given up on putting in maintenance requests for all but the biggest problems, because you'll never see a maintenance technician. And if you do, its very unlikely they will speak much English. When we do have to put in a call, it takes over a week, and many MANY phone calls to get someone to show up and fix it. The office staff is always courteous and professional, but not very efficient at managing maintenance requests.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU!!!! When we first apply They charged Us the application fee and first month rent. We had to wait days for a manger to sign a paper so we can move in. Every time we called no answer. When I finally got someone on the phone the lady hang up on me. My husband went down there to see what's the problem. He waited for a long time in till the lady asked what he wanted very rude. He told her what happen and she argued With him and said he was lieing. Than the manger came out and argue with him too. When he demand the money back she told him no and he wasted his money. These people lied to our face and told us that our apartment will be ready but we had to wait days for a manger to sign the pappers.

I have been living here for 7 months now. it is affordable, i am living on my own and i can not afford to pay for something nicer. but i will not be coming back after the summer. i do not feel safe at all. my car was broken into(broke my window and stole my gps, which was not visible), and last week my car was vandalized. it is kinda noisy, people playing music at 1 a.m. often. parking lot is not kept clean. my main problem is safety, i dont want to keep waking up and checking the parking lot to see if my car is still there. laundry room does not work properly, they have about 5 washers of which only 2 work, and they are not labeled which ones dont work. and driers are not good at all. the laundry room is a disaster, i only used it once and then i decided to not use it ever again(like most people at the complex).

I have lived here for a year; It was affordable and convenient but not really pretty or helpful. Now things are changing, it's so good to live in a place you can invite people over now and I like what they are seeing. It's like they are trying to really do something around here to make us want to stay. It looks PRETTY, wow I can not believe what I am seeing. The office and maintenance are really turning things around and I like that I can actually tell people I live here and the rent is very reasonable. thanks guys for making life a little easier

I have been here for a couple months, and ready to break my one year lease. I have not felt safe in my apartment since I moved in. Management is very poor as well as maintenance. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. I believe that with the right people in place in management these apartments could be very nice. The location is good, and the apartments themselves would be really nice if they were properly maintained.

I had 2 weeks to find a place and I use to live there almost 10 years ago, so I moved there. Since then management is poor, it is not safe. My apartment gotten broken into and when I went to management to tell them the only thing she could say was "well we need a police report to fix the door". I broke my lease and left. The a/c broke and leaked several times in my apt, in only a 6-month span.
