These apartments will find anyway to keep people's money. Trash apartments always will be. Can't find real reasons to keep people's money so they come up with bs. Office people are not helpful at all.

I would not recommend this complex. Staff is rude and unprofessional. In 2020 Lived here 6-7 months with a roommate. The restroom would leak & took 3 weeks to repair, electrical wiring outage problems took 3 days to get work order started(had to go stay elsewhere & fridge thawed out). Sink in kitchen had 2 leaks and maintenance told me he will have to come back another day but had been ongoing problem that they avoided repairing for another 2 weeks. Stayed a problem!

I can park right in front of my front door and I have so much storage space in my new town home. I Ann bsolutely love it here! There are always kids laughing and playing at the playground. The walkways are kept clean and there is package pick up at the mail boxes so i can get my deliveries even if the office is closed. Super happy with my choice.

everything is great from my apartment to the grounds and the maintenance and staff. We love all the kids around here and the kids club. The location is great, the area, the surrounding neighborhood. Elementary school is good. Parking is fine near my apt. Internet connection is just fine and they use exfinity and att for cable which is amazing

This is the shittiest place I've ever lived. The AC goes out all the time, and they don't fix it till they're good and ready. Everytime you have a problem you have to go to the office and ----- until they do anything about it. The staff is very unhelpful and rude. They charge for every little thing, which is ridiculous cause they get nothing done for their residents, but want to charge us for nitt picky stuff. The office manager walks the parking lot and calls to get cars towed. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It isn't worth it.

I was referred by my friend. He has recently moved in, and he told me so many good things. I toured with the office lady she was nice to me. She introduced me to the staff. I applied and was approved 2 hours later. Can't wait. Will post experience when I move.

I love living here. The staff is nice. Maintenance comes in a timely fashion. You can pay every two weeks, and they are open 7 days. They have the star services, where they give you money back. Do I NEED TO SAY MORE

I moved here in August 2018. My rr sink started leaking a week later and they came pretty quick to fix it. They were doing renovations or fixing it up outside when i moved in but it looks pretty good so far. They need to hurry up n get to my building tho. Its always quiet where i live. My neighbors dont even come outside. I like it cuz my kids can all walk home in case i cant pick them up cuz the schools are all real close. Oh n they have free day care there too. So far so good. Im liking it n the office girl is nice... at least for now. Lol

AWFUL! Constant issues with AC with weeks to get a ceiling fan requested installed. Worse when it came to the heat, during the freeze it took 5 days to get our heat back on, had to buy space heater and sleep in living room with our kids to keep warm. Cut our cable wires and had us call our cable company to get it fixed. Always paid our bills on time, we were quiet residents and were even complimented on how clean we left our apt after 8 months of living there, yet always had issues with them. Save yourself a headache, don't live here.
