My homeboy lived here and when I went to visit him, he had roaches. This apartment was roach infested and he couldn’t get rid of them. They were coming from inside the walls. Poor guy, I felt so bad for him.

I’ve been here for 4 years now. The staff is friendly, the maintenance usually resolves the issues pretty fast, the people that live here are also friendly . I would totally recommend this place to friends and family.

I live here for 4 years I've never had any issues with anybody or any car break-ins beautiful Apartments love my apartment nice place to live and good people to live love the people in the apartments.

Son Excelentes apartamentos el ambiente muy bueno el area es tan tranquila , muy familiar . Los recomiendo para vivir me gusta porque tiene portón con control no cualquier gente entra al apartamento , la de recepción y el señor de mantenimiento muy atentos ,

BERRY CREEK IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.CARS GET TOWED,BROKEN INTO AND EVEN STOLEN.CONDITIONS ARE VERY POOR.AND THE MANAGER DOES NOTHING ABOUT ANY OF IT.AND THE PARKING OMG IS HORRIBLE.THEY ALSO KEEP OUR GATES LOCKED AND CHAINED UP,YOU HAVE TO ENTER AND LEAVE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT

Ok one month into the lease my car gets towed from my own assigned spot! I had a rental and had left the parking permit in the rental car. They towed my car from my own assigned spot due to no permit hanging on the window! I had to pay $180 to get my car out of impound. Then over the next few months my apartment became a Roach Hotel! They are infested in the cabinets and walls of the kitchen & bathroom. They would send professional exterminators & it seemed like they would just stir them up and make them triple. Over the yr they probably exterminated about 15 times but it didn't help. You have to pay for clickers to get in your gate. The walk in gates are locked with a padlock so if there is a fire and you don't have a clicker, you are not getting out of this complex! Yet they have theives who manage to get in and break into your car. I bought me a new car and 2 months later they broke into it. All i can say is be aware of the roaches, car thieves, and ridiculous charges over parking permits, clickers, & pool passes ($50). They will tow your car from your own assigned parking spot without the permit hanging on the window! I guess the saying goes you get what you pay for!!

The complex is not in the best condition, but the price is good for what you get. The management and maintenance staff have been very friendly and helpful. I've had a few problems (not many) and it has never taken more than 24 hours for the problem to be fixed. The reason I would not recommend this place is the level of crime in the area. In the past year since we've lived there, two people have been shot and killed (one was an off-duty police officer) in the apartment complex across the street (Concord at Allendale, I think). Also, several cars were broken into in our parking lot. This complex has security gates, but my boyfriend was able to slide under them when he forgot his remote. There is a small nightclub about a block away and I've heard gunshots coming from that direction at least 4 times since we've been there. We do not even feel safe enough to check our mail at night.

Vehicles broken into all the time.<br>Maintenance is poor.<br>Buildings are unstable.<br>Pool remained dirty and filthy.<br>Didnt appreciate the maintenance man smoking in my apartment.<br>Very poor management , un professional.

Berry Creek was mine and my husband's first apartment(condo) that we rented. It was perfect. The manager was nice and the maintenance service was excellent. It is a very small community so everyone more or less knows everyone. We never experienced any problems. We probably would have still been there if they would have had a 2 bedroom available when our lease was up, but that just shows that these apartments are very kept up with and hardly have vacancy. I recommend this community to anyone.
