New management is unprofessional. I was refused to be given information bout my lease and challenged to a fight by I guess a maintenance guy that was there. I been here over 7 years, never have I ever experienced this kind of complication with front office and was accused of being “aggressive” all because I had a sense of URGENCY to get information about my lease. Come to find out I was given MISFORMATION and because of that I’m the one accused of being aggressive and “having an attitude”. If it wasn’t for another young lady stepping in and helping me idk if it would’ve gotten resolved. Thanks to her she clarifies that I was given the wrong information and…..what do you know…..conversation over. That was so simple. Someone was willing to help a resident with a simple question and I can go on about my day. This other young lady needs to be re-trained. When there’s a contract involved there is no time for policing peoples feelings and tryna determine if they have an attitude all because you don’t like someone taking to you in a direct tone. Not once did I use vulgar language nor yell at the young lady so for her to continuously accuse me of being aggressive simply because I am a man asking for information about my contract with a sense of urgency RESPECTFULLY is shaming. On top of that instead of her saving face after realizing she gave me the wrong information and that this was all a misunderstanding she proceeds to tell me “you’re gonna have to deal with me and I’m not gonna put up with that attitude”. So clearly this manager sees this contractual relationship between residents and management (herself) as a one way dictatorship and speaks to me as if I’m a child and she’s gonna put me in my place. Instead of being mature and apologizing for the misunderstanding because she gave me the wrong information. Wow just wow. People like her, when they are wrong or make a mistake instead of owning up to it and taking accountability but deflect it upon others are dangerous individuals to be given authority. So then the situation seemingly de- escalates as another young lady who was in the back office steps in and attempts to help me and then there's a moment of silence. Now prior to this silence, since I was essentially put in situation where I felt I needed to defend myself because this manager kept accusing me of being aggressive and having an attitude.....i make a slight mention of this gentle who seems to be a maintenance man. Verbatim I say “if I was being aggressive ma'am this gentleman would-be stepped in” Because at this point I'm confused as I mentioned because I'm falsely being accused of being aggressive and felt the need to defend myself but thinking back I can see it was a scapegoat on her part it's easy to call a male “aggressive” when he's looking for answers with urgency. So this GoofTroop Captain starts to go on and on toward me about “why you putting me in the conversation” and “who is talking to” blah blah blah, macho man tough guy act. So I respond accordingly “I was talking about you” no malice intended. I answered his obvious silly concern about who I was talking about This guy proceeds to ask me “so what u tryna do about it ?” essentially challenging me to a fight right in the middle of their office. And this so called manager sits there continues to tell me I'm being aggressive because I simply answer is silly --- question about who I'm referring to. These kids got the wrong one, I will be writing a letter to Transnational Management because no resident should be treated with such disrespect.

When I first moved here it was great. Management was amazing and maintenance was efficient. Before I moved this property team declined immensely. The manager is horrible, she starts off sweet and when she gets comfortable she snaps at you or catches an attitude with you. I have seen her in rare form. She alone made it very unpleasant. Denise, the manager needs to take a few management etiquette classes. You can tell she's a nut, by how over the top she comes off.

Where do I begin, I just moved out of these apartments. The community is very hood and ------...The staff is nice, when they want to be, but the maintenance is shady. They help themselves in your apartments to what ever they wish. I suggest a hidden camera if you move here...

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! If you're looking for a cheap place to save money until you get on your feet, this is the place to do so. But, if you think you're going to be treated with respect and appreciated as a bill playing tenant, this is not the place to move to. The Apartment Manager Carol is rude and so is her staff (which is mostly her friends and family that she's hired). The Corporate Office is just as bad if not worse. They have lost packages, hung up on me when I complain about it and anything Carol sends out to the complex is sure to have multiple typos. If you're sensitive to staff being unprofessional like I am...DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am only here because I don't want to move until I find a new job so I can move closer to that job. I hate it there...all the appliances are old, fireplace is not functional and outside is nasty. JUST A TIME/MONEY SAVER!

dee is really nosy until i filed a compliant on her . she went in my apartment with out me knowing she said to leave a note about me having someone live with me that was not on my lease supposley miss renee told her to to leave it at my door but miss renee was out on surgery . she claimed that my kids father lived with me just because he came to drop off and pick up my kids she would ask my neibors if they had seen my child father staying there and she was told no and still continued to ask more neighbors until finally miss renee got back and i asked miss rene if she had told miss dee to leave that note and said she wasnt sure what i was talkin about even after finding out miss renee never brought that up to me at all . then my neibor told me miss dee had went in my apartment and told him she went in to check if my boyfriend was living there and once again he wasnt there . she was so worried about who was living with me that the person who lived under me had an abusive husband that crashed into one of the apartment walls there at ashford creek . she should have been checking up on someone else then to top it off the same person who lived under me the apartment wa not even in her name someone got it for her ..

Unfortunately, in the past 2 months some of the new residents seem to feel it is acceptable to hang out in front of the apartments in the parking lots. If they would go inside at a reasonable hour I would not mind so much. Or if they would hang out in front of their apartments, it'd be better. All 3 groups of people doing this are 2nd floor dwellers. They have been asked nicely to take it inside after 10 p.m., they don't care. It's a shame, up until these past few months it was really nice here and people were considerate.
