I would give more stars if possible!!! I recently moved into Novel River Oaks and have been nothing but impressed with the building and especially the property management team. There is an exceptional attention to detail and the customer service cannot be beat. After living in multiple luxury apartments across the greater houston area, Novel River Oaks is the place to beat! Thanks to Kristen, Natalie and the entire Greystar team for the incredible service!

If you are looking for luxury no need to look any further. I toured a little over 2 weeks ago and I absolutely fell in love with the community. The property sells it self however the customer service is top notch. 8th floor amenities are stunning! Beautiful dog park that leads into a gorgeous neighborhood. The quality of the homes is impressive to say the least and exceeds that of others in the area not to mention it’s an excellent location. The property manager Kristen was an excellent help and very professional. Very excited to call this place home.

Fantastic tour ! Ashley was knowledgeable ,professional and knew the community and highlighted the amenities in a way I know I would be very happy here . Kudos ! Beautiful community with easy access to the interstate . Modern with smart locks . Great views and the closets are spacious with a closet system already installed . Overall a 5 out of 5 star community

Let us just say that if you’re looking for great customer service, secure, calm & quiet place to move into the Houston area look no further. Novel River Oaks is just the place to live!! Jan, Christopher, Ashley, Michelle, Elias, Ashly, Wilma, Mercy, Frances, maintenance team & the security guard made our move in/living experience so far feel like a breeze, very accommodating & you just can tell the level of professionalism. There’s always someone at the front desk, greeting you & efficiently working. There’s a security guard at nights all the way through the early mornings that patrols the entire property making you feel safer. The valet is readily available to help with carrying groceries which is great. Another big bonus is that all of the amenity spaces are always clean & tidy. Also love the fact that Novel River Oaks is pet friendly & has a nice huge area outside with water fountains that my dog appreciates. The hallways always smell good. Novel River Oaks feels safe, elegant & luxurious. Since we moved into Novel River Oaks we have encountered all great experiences with all of the leasing office staff, concierge, maintenance team, valet & security. :)
