AARON HERNANDEZ-HHD- there is an active SSO at MH 8017448 at the corner of Willowick and Wickersham Ln at a rate of 1-2 GPM. Manhole ASO54025 is holding and All Manholes at Wickersham Ln are holding high.
Per Aaron Hernandez with HHD- Please be advised, In reference to this Service Request City Manhole located on the corner of Willowick and Wickersham Ln is currently stopped up with rags, emulsify grease all around the inner wall of the man hole. The Waste water can not continue its normal flow. Can we have a team provide relief and clear the city main.

Per HHD Investigations- I am following up on a complaint for 2511 Willowick Dr, 77027. The SR # is 20173266. The main line is currently holding at time of my investigation at manholes # AS054082Z and 8017448. Can we send someone out to provide relief to the main? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
