Desiree is the worst property manager ever! She has totally run this place down. She is a liar and provides horrendous customer service. Roaches have come back within months of them taking over this property. We now have food trucks always parked in the parking lot. Run from this place.

Me gusta mucho vivir acá la verdad desde el 2022 vivo y sigo renovando mi contrato algunos aspectos a mejorar como los perros el olor a marihuana de algunos residentes y un poco más de cámaras o seguridad caminando por los pasillos muchas veces solo están en los carros durmiendo en general me gusta mucho más que el resto de apartamentos

Living at Cortland Inkwell has been nothing short of amazing. From the modern amenities to the beautifully maintained grounds, everything about this community feels thoughtfully designed and well taken care of. A special shout-out goes to Kasey, who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout my entire experience. Whether it was answering questions, helping with the move-in process, or just being a friendly and reliable presence, Kasey went above and beyond. It's clear he truly cares about the residents and the community. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a supportive staff and nice living spaces, Cortland Inkwell is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I do appreciate Jessica responding and I know you can only do so much. But between the constant noise from above and cockroach’s coming from dirty neighbors (leaving trash and pet waste outside your door, is a pretty good indication that they’re nasty) I’m already looking forward to the end of my lease, if I don’t get so sick of it and break it before that time.

The resort-style pool was a standout feature, providing a luxurious escape with its stunning design and comfortable lounging areas. It truly felt like a mini-vacation right at my doorstep. Her friendly demeanor and informative insights about the community and its amenities made me feel welcomed and well-informed. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered, showcasing a genuine passion for her role.
