Desiree is the worst property manager ever! She has totally run this place down. She is a liar and provides horrendous customer service. Roaches have come back within months of them taking over this property. We now have food trucks always parked in the parking lot. Run from this place.

Me gusta mucho vivir acá la verdad desde el 2022 vivo y sigo renovando mi contrato algunos aspectos a mejorar como los perros el olor a marihuana de algunos residentes y un poco más de cámaras o seguridad caminando por los pasillos muchas veces solo están en los carros durmiendo en general me gusta mucho más que el resto de apartamentos

Living at Cortland Inkwell has been nothing short of amazing. From the modern amenities to the beautifully maintained grounds, everything about this community feels thoughtfully designed and well taken care of. A special shout-out goes to Kasey, who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout my entire experience. Whether it was answering questions, helping with the move-in process, or just being a friendly and reliable presence, Kasey went above and beyond. It's clear he truly cares about the residents and the community. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a supportive staff and nice living spaces, Cortland Inkwell is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I do appreciate Jessica responding and I know you can only do so much. But between the constant noise from above and cockroach’s coming from dirty neighbors (leaving trash and pet waste outside your door, is a pretty good indication that they’re nasty) I’m already looking forward to the end of my lease, if I don’t get so sick of it and break it before that time.

The management team here is outstanding. Everyone from leasing to maintenance is professional, friendly, and responsive. Any issues or questions are handled quickly and with care. Its clear they prioritize resident satisfaction and community well-being. The amenities are another huge plus a gorgeous pool area, state-of-the-art fitness center, and cozy shared spaces that are perfect for relaxing or working remotely. Its also pet-friendly, with great walking areas and a strong sense of community among neighbors. The location is ideal, peaceful and tucked away, but still close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you might need. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. Best place to live in the area. Maintenance men are always prompt anytime we need help. The pool is very large with barbecue grills and areas to layout or have a cookout. I appreciate how close this location is to both I-10 and the Grand Parkway too.

Great so far. I think the staff is really nice. Property is very well maintained and maintenance does a great job at responding to service calls. I would highly recommend friends and family to Cortland Inkwell.

The apartments are nice and spacious. Very quiet complex however there is only one entrance and exit onto Greenhouse Rd which makes exiting very time consuming during high traffic times. Neighbors are friendly and staff friendly.

Es un lugar muy bonito ..seguro ..limpio ..estoy muy contento viviendo en este lugar ..y la verdad lo recomiendo mucho...por sus lugares de entrenamiento..no hay plagas. La verdad vale mucho la pena vivir aca
