Leasing staff is the best! The community have fun resident events! Very professional and courteous! The grounds are very clean and nice resort style pool it's family friendly. The maintenance team is fast and complete service request. Inkwell is a Wonderful place to live!

Jessica and Mgbore are so nice. Very professional and helpful. Throughout the entire process they made everything smooth. If you are looking for a great place to live go see them. You will want to move there as soon as you meet them.

Great community, management team is great we are happy we chose Cortland. The apartment was clean and move in ready without any set backs. We are very thankful for Jessica helping us out along the way and answering any questions we had during the process. I would definitely recommend a friend to this location.

LET ME BE VERY CLEAR AND HONEST. DO NOT MOVE HERE. ------- IN THE FRONT OFFICE IS A LIAR AND WILL BE REPORTED. THERE WAS ROACHES IN THE APT BEFORE WE COULD EVEN PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN. WE ASKED IF IT WILL BE EXTERMINATED AND ------- LIED AND TOLD US YES. SHE ALSO DENIED OUR REQUEST FOR A REFRIGERATOR EVEN THO NEW ONES WAS BEING SHIPPED IN. WE CAME IN AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO US AND LIED TO US ABOUT OUR RENT AMOUNT TO BE PAID. THEY LOCKED ME AND MY BOYFRIEND OUT THE APARTMENT FRONT OFFICE IN THE COLD AND WOULD NOT IPEN THE DOOR!!! PLEASE KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE. We WILL BE REPORTING EVERYTHING!!! She called the authorities on us and LIED. We already have proof of electricity for the unit and had sent it to --------- email. THIS IS WORST COMPLEX WE EVER ENCOUNTERED

This apartment is by far the best place I've ever lived at, the employees are immaculate, and the community is very welcoming and kind, its also right By I-10 which is a Big plus, the community is very beautiful and i recommend Cortland inkwell to all my friends and family, my girlfriend are super happy to call Cortland inkwell Home!!

Cortland inkwell is pleasant and clean, it’s quiet and stunning. I don’t regret moving here and I’m glad I did. The neighbors are nice and quiet, I would also like to note that Food trucks comes periodically.

It’s good living, I love the fact that the parking is convenient. The staff knows exactly what they are doing, they do a great job. Also the pool is very nice and I enjoy seeing the view from the pool.

Nos mudamos hace dos meses y nos encanta el apartamento y las áreas comunes, con una piscina muy hermosa. He invitado a varios amigos para el apartamento y sin duda comentan que es muy bonito el complejo de apartamentos. También los he recomendado.
