The apartments are well-designed, modern with very nice amenities and gated access. Excellent management team fosters the sense of community with frequent events and promptly answers any questions. The complex is definitely well-maintained because maintenance team takes care of common areas very well and resolves any issues promptly.

This community has been great so far! Management is friendly and cares about the property, as well as the community. They always address my concerns with care, and Jassamine is amazing and made the process seamless.

My first time visiting this community was quite a pleasant experience I must say. I was greeted by the office staff with a smile as well as offered me something to drink in which I was quite perched from all this Houston heat my goodness it's hot! But nevertheless the office was very clean and fresh smelling. Jassamine assisted me and finding a 1 bedroom apartment a new place to call home. This community is pretty quiet as I seen driving around on golf cart. Beautiful pool area scene resort style views. Theater room and entertainment area top tier. Love that they have many resident events that go on each month that's a huge plus. I'm moving from Bahamas for work accessible is everything for me. She mentioned Katy ISD I heard is a great school district and very close schools and shopping centers and malls! I will definitely be applying here very soon! I went to go visit this community it was beautiful and modern. Loved all the great amenities it offers. Top notch customer service. This lady named Jassamine is a wonderful agent she definitely deserves 5++ stars if I could leave it. She is very knowledgeable about this lovely community. Location, Location , Location is good access to i10 , 99, hwy 6, not too far. Good food restaurants nearby too and let's not forget about the malls and schools. I will be applying really soon cross fingers for a 4th floor to open up, did I mention they have elevators too!
