The coordination of my move-in team and Bowen River Oaks made it the smoothest and easiest transition I have ever experienced. I am extremely grateful to all of the staff and professionals. My first week here has been wonderful.

There is an opportunity for cleanliness within the parking garage. Also enforcing that no random cars park and reserve spaces even if they have not been rented out also would be nice to have notifications if you receive packages that are not put in the Parcel lockers.

Great Apartment and excellent staff! Look forward to calling the Bowen "Home" for the next year. Vanessa and staff has been extremely helpful with or move and settling in. Thanks to the Bowen team making us feel welcome!
