Management, maintenance, concierge and valet here is so nice and professional. It already feels like home! Service requests were handled immediately too. I can't say enough good things about this team. I love it here!

Good management team, customer is in the core of their business and attention. Their care about your condition and do their maximum to fix any issue you may face. I like their responsiveness towards problems raised.

The coordination of my move-in team and Bowen River Oaks made it the smoothest and easiest transition I have ever experienced. I am extremely grateful to all of the staff and professionals. My first week here has been wonderful.

There is an opportunity for cleanliness within the parking garage. Also enforcing that no random cars park and reserve spaces even if they have not been rented out also would be nice to have notifications if you receive packages that are not put in the Parcel lockers.

Great Apartment and excellent staff! Look forward to calling the Bowen "Home" for the next year. Vanessa and staff has been extremely helpful with or move and settling in. Thanks to the Bowen team making us feel welcome!

So far giving me a balance oaks I've had a very good experience here with the full staff everyone's very nice courteous and keeps the building in great shape. I enjoy living here so far and look forward to living here over the course of my lease and maybe even longer.

The only issue I had was that they don't do walk-ins as I was visiting from another city, but I did find time within the next couple days to tour. Tour guide mark was amazing. By far the best spaces that I toured my whole trip. Also, a really good view.

Overall, my experience has been positive. The community is clean and in a good location, with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the staff is professional.

I do not wish to leave any feedback at this time. I would like to wait until my maintenance request is resolved. A lot of my opinion will be based on how issues are resolved. I'm upset I have to fill this out on order to submit the survey.

I've enjoyed living here. The building is beautiful and management does a good job keeping everything looking clean and cared for. Maintenance is good ?issues do get addressed. Overall, it's been a solid experience.
