This highrise is very safe and secure. The parking is also monitored. The leasing staff and concierge team are also very helpful with deliveries and guests. They are always available and call to inform me.

Great and nice professionals who will assist you. Mark is super helpful and sweet. I love the building and everything is so new. It also smells fresh in the hallways. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Everyone seems really respectful.

I think I would rather answer this type of question when I move out, when my lease is over so it can be a full experience to share. I also prefer not to make things awkward and say everything before I move out. It has been a great experience here with certain things, but there's also been very horrible experiences here. I will share the full experience via ratings and reviews so that everyone can see it and also so I can rate the full experience from moving in to moving out.

Among 4 building: Ivy, James, Grey House( extra charges for water due to meters wrong) and Crimson or Sky house nearby area where Bowen is situated one of best within River Oaks District are around Galleria area.

The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen is a chef's dream with sleek appliances and ample storage. The bedrooms are generously sized, and having two full bathrooms is such a convenience for guests! But beyond the stunning apartment itself, what truly sets this community apart is the exceptional staff. I have to give a special shoutout to Mia Aguirre, the Assistant Community Manager, who has been an absolute dream to work with. From day one, Mia has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and always has a smile on her face. Whether it's answering questions, resolving maintenance issues, or simply checking in to see how things are going, Mia consistently exceeds expectations. She truly cares about the residents, and it shows in everything she does. Living here has been an absolute joy, and I am so grateful to Mia and the entire team for making this such a wonderful place to call home. If you're looking for a perfect apartment in one of Houston's best neighborhoods, I highly recommend this community. You won't be disappointed!
