Hola estoy muy decepcionada con estos complejos de apartamentos resulta que cuando vine aquí todo estuvo perfecto con la señora Ana que es la manager el primer día todo muy bien resulta que te dicen que tienen que pagar por la aplicación oh money orden,resulta que tuve un percance con la aplicación que ellos dan trate de pagar mi renta 1263 me decía pruebe con otra cantidad debido al internet que estaba fallando pusimos 630 y luego la otra mitad final pudimos pagar todo pero por los varios intentos la aplicación generó un cargo de 365 dólares fuimos a la oficina porque no se me hace justo lo explicamos y supuestamente nos dijieron que hiciéramos un arreglo de pago la Ana a mi esposo de 70 dólares más aparte de los 1263 ayer llama la otra señora que trabaja ahí que muy despotamente cuando llegó se rie y me dice que bueno que viniste mira el cargo sigue subiendo le digo como y porq no porq no aceptan el arreglo de pago de la manager sometió y mi contesta fue desde el día 2 de enero al 23 ustedes no pudieron decirme oh poner una nota para que no siguiera subiendo el monto de dinero y me dijo no se va a donde están la manager se empieza a reír hablar en inglés por detrás de mí y vuelve ya me puse molesta y le dije te voy a seguir pagando solo renta no me recargo y me dijo te llevaré a corte le dije perfecto entonces gano yo porq todas las evidencia me dijo ahora no te voy a bloquear los pago a la renta para que te vallas de aquí la señora es muy despota si al principio de entrar me tocó con ella jamás vengo aquí 1263 que no hay nada aparte la luz fumigación que nunca realizan y entonces se te ríen en la oficina pero seguiré buscando que alguien me de razón

My time was waisted for the time being there, its not a safe environment for anyone to live in a society where thieves break into your so call home. I did file a report and guessing the cameras weren't even working. Also my family and all the neighbors had experienced an assault where someone broke in and the tenant almost lost his life! Its' sick how Ceci was calm about the whole situation and reported to asked me to remove my review. Well here I am making it known to everyone making sure they don't commit the same mistake as I did. I am also very upset due to the fact they reported to my credit burial for a broken lease, where I did my time in HELL!!!!

I recently moved in December of 2020 as my first apartment and have loved living here with my 2 kids. Ceci and all the staff are very helpful especially with the move in process. It’s quiet and always kept up with on the grounds.

I'm very happy living here at Thorntree Apartments and was treated very well since day one. Ceci made my application/ move in process super easy and helped me every step of the way. Property is kept up and quiet. Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends.

I am very happy at my community. Everything is nice and clean and very quiet. Maintenance is taken care of in its timely manner and the office staff and are very kind and will go out of their way to help with any type of requests. I will definitely recommend Thorntree as your new home. T, Jackson
