Roach infested. mice infested. neighbors are loud who seem to never go to work. Party and having music blasting all hours of the night. Security gate is ALWAYS broken. Solicitors always manage to get in to buildings. Pets are allowed. but owners allow their dogs to crap all over the back area, and sometimes in the courtyard. People seem to be to lazy to properly throw their trash away and leave it in various Areas of the court yard. Property managers for the 3 buildings along south shore drive, have a revolving door. Now you have to set appointments to see or even pay your own rent. But they never answer the phone or maintenance concerns. Apartments have been broken in to. Will never rent with them again
