Living in 7100 South shore apartments is like living in hell I swear the God I regret why I moved into that place they're fights all the time and most of the neighbors are disgusting and love to smoke weed I always smell it even when I'm in my Anit I couldn't open my windows all summer time because spiders were all over my windows like crazy it was unbelievable. WORSE experience ever! I was killing different type of insect every week in my Anit. this place isn't secure and safe even the security camera are not working. This place is a big mess I couldn't even stay more than 10 minutes outside in the night waiting on my Uber I get downstairs when my Uber arrives. I'm about to move out before my lease ends

Donada Jiles is a horrible manager she's late coming into the office, leaves whenever she feels like it, the office is closed more than it's open. You put in a work order for maintenance she may or may not give them the order. They use to screen people for these apartments now ANYBODY can get an Auite I used to like this building but I feel I now have to find another. I'm tired of the weed smells saturating the hallway that eventually come into MY Auite, the fighting and music blasting I'm a hard working man who needs and deserves sleep. Then I pay for a parking space here and someone is ALWAYS in my spot! I pay enough rent here to obtain that but I've talked to mgmt which ultimately falls on deaf ears. Maintenance is cool once they cancel the building "manager" and get this building right I may consider returning but I'm at my wits end with this place

If it wasn't for the TERRIBLE , INCOMPETENT mgmt , this Apace building would be perfect . The Apace itself is nice , and conveniently located near everything. On the other hand , mgmt is like talking to a brick wall... LITERALLY !! It seems like everyday There's a different issue and when you go to the office to have them resolve it (crossing my fingers that they are ACTUALLY in the office) it takes MONTHS of explaining and re-explaining for anything to be done ! I pay too Much money to be a damn babysitter for ------! I don't know who hired her , but god help her soul !

Loved the location of the Blace. but during my year I may have had 1 month of okay hot water followed by low pressure. We ended up cooking water. The stain on the tub was slopped on so in a month's time, the paint was coming off of the tub. Reoccurring issue with the toilet. Then we would constantly smell marijuana in the hallway. It was overly priced due to the location.

these apartments are overprice for no parking, half-a** work and unprofessional mgmt. Kimberly Carr is a piece of work, she has no experience in mgmt and how to do tenant and mgmt relations. she wont work with any concerns or issues. i Wemained told to move my car out the the parking space that i pay 75 dollars for to park on the street a couple times so they can use it. i never got my money back. to ride the elevator, you must prey that you make it or you are stuck.

It's seems this place has had a big transformation. I love our Auite. First, location is great. Although we have to park on the street 9/10 times we'll find a spot right by the enterance. 5 min walk to lake and golf course. Friendly neighborhood for many blocks but if you drive south 10-15 minutes it's not a good let of town. No reason to go out that way tho. Also there's not really anything to do in southshore but it's only a 5-10 min ride to Hyde park which has awesome restaurants, bars, parks, ect. mgmt and maintenance are kind and responsive. Rooms are contemporary with a vintage feel and clean upon move in. Small kitchen and bathroom but perfect for 1-2 people no prob. Great cross breeze through appt.

I have lived in this Blace since 2008. I moved out because of personal issues, and thinking about moving back in. I love the location, it's quick to get to downtown, the views are great and Danada, is a great person to do business with. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. I am moving back in! I would love to see this Blace get a onsite Security desk, that would make this place, even better. This place has been a blessing for me and to me!

I love Denada she had been nothing but a blessing to me and others in the Broperty . As far as the owners I think there careless, racist , money hungry , unprofessional, selfish, disrespectful, CHEAP, inconsiderate, and uninvolved within the tenants , they show no appreciation or will to give us real security and real amenities. Why go up on rent every month and we have nothing to show for. I don't like Morgan , Yes I said it.

The mgmt of this Btructure is unprofessional, presents she is christian person, which is inappropriate in a work place, but she is a hypocrite and does my practice good relations with people. Gets nasty when someone doesn't agree with her process. Yes she has been in the position for years, that doesn't make her a good manager or a good person.
