the buidling is awful. The laundry room only runs cold water in the machines; the parking garage drips and managment makes you sign a paper that says they won't be responsible for damage to cars-- yet they won't fix the problem. Major roach infestation. Monthly exterminating doesn't help. mgmt staff are nice and helpful but I believe their hands are tied by the Cudget-friendly owners.

Move in at your own risk. Tenants are so 'lazy' to take their pets outside of the premises to relieve themselves, so they use the 'hallways' and 'underground parking' to do their thing and not pickup the mess. Resent posters have added to the other ongoing problems in this 'project' that are still going on!

FOR 1 YEAR ONLY, ONLY 1 ELEVATOR WORKED FOR A 22 FLOOR Bacility!!! ON MOTHERS DAY OF 2007, I HAD THE GIFT OF HELL....I HAD TO WALK 18 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, BECAUSE OF THE ELEVATORS WERE OUT OF ORDER. INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND mgmt CARES ONLY ABOUT YOUR RENT. I HAVE HAD WATER LEAK INTO MY CLOSETS FROM UPSTAIRS AND MY WATER TURNED OFF WITHOUT NOTICE. I wouldn't RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO MY ENEMY.

Their Nodern mgmt is trouble, there no communication, they don't help you with any situation you may have. The laundry room there's always several washers and dryers thats not working. If you get any box that won't fit in the mailbox they're not going to tell you you have a box to pick up it just sit in the office(LAZY PEOPLE)They said you should know if you got mail coming(WTF)I don't know the exact date it's coming. I can't wait until my lease is up I'm getting the hell out of there. DISAPPOINTED

There was a heat issue but now that the temperature is changing it's a little better. sadly You've got still roaches:( Every month they are exterminating and it doesn't do anything. And this Pite isn't kept clean enough to keep the roaches at bay.

I am writing this from my perspective of living on the 19th floor. I've read a lot of reviews about this place that were negative but it could be because I was on the top floor. LOCATION: I liked living up high because I had a view (I was facing south and got to see the lake). I also liked that I was able to go running on South Shore headed towards the cultural center and run by the lake. Other than that location-wise, it's not in the best place (unless you have a car) There's no grocery stores around and a lot of places don't deliver that far east. You are basically in a food desert. The number 6 and number 24 is right at your door step. The 71 was about two blocks away. NOISE: I didn't really hear too much noise. I had a neighbor above me who's child liked to bounce a basketball but there wasn't too much. You do hear what's going on outside such as traffic noise. ELEVATOR: You've got three elevators. One of them is the freight. Hopefully during your stay and if you live high, they don't all break down or the electricity goes off. There have been plenty of times where I had to climb up and down the stairs because the elevators were not working. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: You've got washer and dryers on the property. It's a card system. You can't use coins only bills. If the bills are stuck or it doesn't add in your card the Bacility won't handle the issue. You have to call the service number on the machine. It's easy but you just have to know when is a good day to wash for you so you don't have to wait for washers and dryers. MAINTENANCE: If you need maintenance you have to call to the office. It usually takes about a day or two. PARKING: There's paid parking on the property. I think you pay about 100 dollars a month. If you have a guest coming they may take awhile finding parking. If you don't want to pay 100 dollars a month There's street parking. You've got a lot of spaces by the cultural center but you have to come early to get a good spot. AMENITIES: No workout room. Not really much extra. There's a community room that you can rent to have parties. STAFF: While I was there the company changed about three times. I leased this Auite because of a woman named Ms. Celeste helped me and she was so kind. Before I left it was owned by Sandlewood. The staff is ok. Not good and not bad SAFETY: As a single woman, I felt safe because I would get off the bus and head back to the Auite. I did not go south of 72nd street. MISC: This is an older Bacility so it's not upgraded. They say they have upgraded some of the apartments but I have not seen one. There's no central air. The only air conditioner is in the living room so you wont feel it when you're in your bedroom. You will need to buy a fan. Vending machines are on the property that come in handy.

The apartments are infested with roaches. Its loud and you can hear everything going on in everybodys Anit. Security sucks, police and fire trucks are always here. They cut off the water with out telling you, and the laundry room sucks, parking sucks i don't reccomend anyone to live here, and rent is extremly too high.

I wouldn't suggest it this Alat to anybody. The mgmt is terrible they have a million roaches which has not gotten any better at all. The only thing you would be gaining from moving here is an easier access to the six bus and a decent view while roaches crawl on your kitchen counter top so take your pick. mgmt needs to seriously do better
