Just Horrible!!! The only thing good about this place is the location, bus lines take u downtown and throughtout the city; real good view of the lakefront which is right across the street and stores and business in walking distance. But Me & my gf have been living here since march 2011 and they building managment started have issues a couple mths afterwards, but then they actually started doing what they suppose to do like actually have the laundry rooms actually open without ppl at the ofice telling you to just jimmy the lock smh. So now we ha moved upstairs to a 1bd in sept 2012, and of course pure lazyness from maintenance and half---- jobs, dey messed up the wall trying to squeeze a two big frige/freezer through the kitchen walk way and it took over a month for any1 to come fix it & they always say they never receive our work orders even though I have to call constantly & its been a few break-ins in the building but the company is too cheap to get the security cameras fixed so took it upon myself & spend money on a security gate & deadblot lock den the building;s wiring is sooo old it messes up my cable, the elevators esp the front breaks down like evry few days & the front door is always messing up & sometimes dont even close and homeless drunks wonder inside. Also half the ppl in the building have infestation of bed bugs, roaches and mice and unfortunatly we had to deal wit bed bugs and a few mice coming through the holes made from the heating vents. Also half the time they let the dumpsters get full to capacity where all u can do is throw your trash on the ground & thats doesnt help the rodent problem at all. Im just pissed off I even gave the building a 2nd chance and now we have to wait til sept 2013 before our lease is over in our 1bd only reason I havnt just walked out on our lease is because I want my deposit back at the end, cause they definitly dont deserve any extra money from me. The CEO of the company Wally deosnt een know half the stuff that goes on in all his buildsing and he puts these gueys name Moses and william in charge who are complete ***holes & honestly I wouldnt recommend this building this, better yet this whole company to my enemy & i regret ever finding it on craigslist, so move in at your own risk.

This Btructure is filthy with a bed bug infestation. Well over half of the Btructure has had bed bugs. In addition the mgmt company doesn't supply window screens for the windows therefore tenants are unable to open the windows for air because of risk of more bugs flying in the windows. The gangsters sell drugs in the hallway and also they get high in the hallways. Children have to walk through the crack and marjiuana odor in order to go home or leave. The laundry room is where the prostitutes have sex at night (sometimes during the day) with random people who don't live in the Btructure. The elevators smell of urine and is used as a toilet, therefore people entering the elevators are more likely to be subjected to diseases due to the urine and other bodily fluids being harvested in the elevators. This mgmt company is a company of slum lords! No matter what, please don't even think about moving here and if you have children, save your childrens life by looking elsewhere. The children are the most vulnerable for diseases and the random stangers in and out of there have open sores, coughing up mucus and spitting in the elevator etc. The mgmt company doesn't Ceat this Btructure EVER and doesn't provide any safety measures for the tenants, therefore anyone can walk in off the streets and sleep in the hallways. DONT MOVE HERE.

This building is located in a easy location. BUT ...dont be fooled. can you know the owners Marosaz locked the incenerator door, So we have to take the trash out because the maintainace guys on sight refuse to take out the trash.. The trash would build up horriably and the smell and roaches a mess. You've got homeless people drug dealers thugs and tenants that use drugs in laundry room and stairwell. You never know who you will run into .. So Drecarious. Repairs are not done and please don't concider this project.... no pets allowed but You've got nasty cats all through the 2 floor. realty and mortage use to be owners... im looking for them to become a tenant again.
