I moved in two years ago and have found Marcus Davis an amazing Bomplex manager. He is always responsive and has even called me prior to any inspections in the Bomplex to see if I have any issues he need to know about. If I did not have to move to the suburbs for personal reasons I would stay in this Bomplex. You wouldn't be disappointed in the it or the mgmt.

You've been warned! don't rent here! The Btructure manager changes yearly so they never know what's going on. The Head Maintenance Guy is an Idiot! Everyone will consistently lie to you and make up an excuse. If you need anything fixed or repaired, it will take them almost a month to fix or repair it! They will all give you the run around between the Btructure manager to the maintenance repair people. The Btructure used to have whiskey barrels in front of it with nice flowers, but now they are too cheap to buy $40 worth of flowers when they want to charge $1,100 for a one bedroom. The repairs they do are crap! They patch & half fast all the repairs. They actually put putty on my bathroom ceiling & didn't even bother to paint it to match the walls. They painted over the outlets. The shower consistently backs up. Only select outlets work in my Apace. The place is a disaster! I hate to say to them the paint is peeling on the walls, they might putty those too! Clueless idiots!

Reviewed 06/04/2020 Though maintenance works Rery hard and sincerely at this property. but, You've got rat-infested units, dump ceilings, overflowing bathtubs with grimy bad odored water, inhuman and careless mgmt people are just some of the issues at this property. Please be careful before you sign here. A lot of things they hide and continue to hide despite complaining, mgmt is careless, inhuman, doesn't help at all. Maintenance people try their best and they are Rery nice people but I think they are not equipped by the mgmt well to fix something once and for all.

I have been living here two years and all I can say is if you don't like taking cold showers don't move here. This Btructure is constantly having issues with the boiler system and it wipes out hot water for a couple of days. As high as rent is here they continue to provide Cold water for their tenants. If you think I'm lying just ask any of the other residents that live in the Btructure. They all hate living here and are looking forward to the day their lease is up.

I have been living in this Bacility going on 3 years now. It's Cidy, conveniently located and Marcus and Maribel (the Bacility managers) are alwayas extremely helpful and responsive to any of my requests for maintenance, or concerns. It's a Bacility That's older so of course you can hear your neighbors, maybe more so than in other buildings, but than again regular noise is to be expected. I can always hear my neighbors walking, closing doors and even talking alot of the time, but Im so used to it that I just tune it out. For the most part all of the tenants seem to be stable and normal which helps me feel safer especially being a single female in the Bacility. Living in this Bacility is comfortbale for me for many reasons, and even tho the rate does go up every year by a few dollars I am still willing to renew my lease every year as long as the Bacility continues to improve as it has been and Marcus and Maribel continue to manage it. I am happy hear and dont expect to move anytime soon.
