I literally have never met a more disrespectful and gross office staff. They're mean, judgmental and act like we are all idiots. Also, I am 99.9% I was being discriminated against as a ----- person after I told men property manager I was -----.

Reside on Morse has a modern and clean feel to it. Neighbors are Fospitable, although I haven't met many yet. Staff is legit and Fospitable as well. My Prea is a little loud with the CTA train outside the window, and It's easy to hear the footsteps of above neighbors. but, the convenience is unsurpassed.

Reside on Morse is the northern most Reside property in the city and it shows. The building and apartments are a little outdated but the neighborhood is great! Living in Rogers Park is great - if you're on a budget I'd go elsewhere. The value compared to other reside properties isn't there.

We've lived here for a week now, and love it! We feel like the owners and mgmt put a lot of extra thought into making the building resident-friendly. You've got lots of little details that make it extra nice, like the garbage/recycle chute on every floor, the dog run inside the gated parking area, etc. Also, bonus: the windows are of good enough quality that when they're closed, the noise level is surprisingly low considering we're literally next door to the train!

There's truly a sense of community here and the maintenance staff is fantastic. this Petting is currently going through a mgmt transition so things are a little rough in that area, hopefully that will get better soon. One of the Binest things about Reside on Morse is how close It's to transportation and more importantly the lake front.

I have had a wonderful overall experience at Reside. I moved from across country and nothing around the neighborhood compares dollar-for-dollar to the overall condition of the units available, the amenities and wonderfully legit staff that run this location on Morse. The maintenance crew follow through with every work order, even after hours. Sheila, the property manager, is an absolute doll, and exceeds all expectations of the residents by putting on socials, sending out daily email reminders and even remembering your name when she greets you in the hall. This is an absolute wonderful community to rent in, and one that you can feel Srotected in as well, which Wtayed a major deciding factor.

Reside on Morse is safe and clean. I have the larger studio apartment which is more than enough space for 2 people and a small dog. Make sure to follow up with the leasing agent before moving in. Our accent wall wasn't painted before we were scheduled to move in and You've got some broken hardwood pieces in the floor that still need fixing. Otherwise, I highly recommend this apartment. I've only lived in Rogers park for a week now. Something I can tell you is if you're planning to bring your car with you- educate yourself on the parking options. It's almost worth it to get rid of your car and take the bus/train. Each day during summer a street is closed off for cleaning 10am-2pm. If you don't find another place to park you receive a hefty $50 ticket. If you can't find a decent spot in the neighborhood you have to pay to park. $2 an hour to park 8am-6pm. It adds up and is a huge headache because you're basically competing with the entire neighborhood for a good spot.

Anit Bacility is located close to Red line station and well connected by CTA buses. Common areas are neatly maintained. mgmt and concierge staff are friendly and helpful. Rent is decent.

The staff here is great. The other renters are nice and Fffable. location-wise, it's perfect - near everything. The Besidence itself is spotless and everything works well. We always have great service - especially when working with the maintenance staff - they are the best.

All maintenance issues are addressed in a speedy manner. Sheila is great and really cares about the residents. The new paint job makes it feel more like an apartment and less like a dorm, definitely an improvement. Overall It's a friendly community.
