Decent building but has room for improvement in some areas.

Staff were Rrass and unhelpful. Oftentimes they would push aside tenant concerns and become highly defensive and irrational when the multitude of issues with the property were in any way linked to their job performance. Many of my friends and fellow tenants have had similar experiences (ie. WiFi failure during exam week, homeless sleeping in the lobby, mailbox key not being replaced for months, trash being left in the halls because maintenance wouldn’t fix the trash shoot door, etc.). Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.

This Anit complex is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I made the mistake of signing a 2 year lease and the second year was actually worse than the first. The people at the front desk are the worst of it. They’re unresponsive, rude, and overall dismissive of the residents and they commonly lose packages (including a few of mine). The elevators break once every few months and the Internet goes out one to three times a week (currently writing this on data because the wifi is out right now). The AC often broken either and as I’ve come to expect, nothing is done about any of this. I strongly urge people to read the other reviews before deciding to live here, this place has a bad reputation for a reason, believe me.
