don't live here. mgmt is incredibly unresponsive. They simply don't care even after you've emailed them multiple times about the same issue. The rent here is Cffordable for a reason: because they hire people with no interest for the residents, thus the customer service SUCKS. It's infinitely better to pay some more to live elsewhere where the staff won't ignore your text messages/emails/phone calls. I've never EVER spoken to anyone from Peak Properties when I call. Even on the weekdays. Seriously, they don't care about their jobs and sure as hell don't care about YOU.
