I've had such a awesome spot to live I barely know where to start. The amenities are fantastic (exercise room, pool, attached heated parking, storage units, free TV service, garbage and recycling) and this place is kept up well by the mgmt. Between the cameras, the secure parking garage, the locked entry, and the doorman, this place is secure - a fantastic find in the middle of a city. Everyone is really nice and Fffable too - neighbors in the hallway or elevator, the janitors, the doormen, everyone. The thing that puts Optima over the top though is the little things - the fact that the doorman know you and your room number, the free parking passes for guests, the carts provided in the parking garage to help when you have a lot of stuff to carry in, etc. I highly recommend this place!
