I had just renewed my lease for another year but 2 days later, I get a call saying the building is vacating ALL residents and we have 90 days to move out. Whoever owns this place should be EMBARRASSED. Why would you allow lease renewals to be signed, let alone new tenants to move in knowing you were planning to shut down the building? This is an absurd and a horrible way to end my journey in this beautiful place. This building is supposed to open until 2023 and I’m pretty sure the rent is going to skyrocket so future tenants BEWARE.

My lease started July 14th 2021, the same day they sent a notice vacating all residents from the building on October 31 2021. Now paying for two moves in a 3 month period. No rent credit or compensation offered. Management unresponsive. Also, the floors are laminate, not hardwood.

In my entire life, I have never heard of an apartment building that suddenly tells ALL the residents that they have 90 days to leave without offering any sort of compensation. From night to morning, all it took was one call and one letter to feel like you're stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Classy, convenient, beautiful and with friendly service. Amenities are restricted due to the pandemic but I hope to see it all back once it's over. Great location. Love the quality of the rooms too. This was a great first apartment community
