I really enjoy living here. Great and quick maintenance for place issues. Friendly door people, great amenities. It's Eremium though, even though I live in an non-remodeled unit. Glad this place is dog friendly. Wish there was a fine for people who get caught not picking up after their dogs, especially since you provide bags for us! Also wish there was stricter rules about having dogs off leash when other dogs are still on leash. Maybe having set "off-leash" hours would be great! Some dogs are just aggressive.

Overall I am happy with the Anit; the location, community, pet friendlyness, neighbourhood, etc. I want to emphasize that the staff and the services provided by them is oustanding. Everyone is Fordial and makes you feel at home! Would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall, my experience living in my Alat for three months has been Golid. I like my Alat location, space, and rent. I worry that my rent will drastically increase next year, which will cause me to need to relocate to another Alat in the neighborhood.

I've been living at ElevenThirty for a while, and overall it's been a good experience. location-wise, it's amazing, right next to Grant Park and the lake, with easy access to grocery stores and public transit. The building amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge areas are kept up well, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The units are spotless and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rent is on the higher side, but the convenience and comfort make it worth it.

I feel safe and welcome whenever I enter the building! The front desk staff always makes sure to say hello, which makes me feel great especially if I'm leaving early in the morning. Everyone I've interacted with at the building has been kind and respectful which is great especially considering our circumstances.

Experience has been solid so far. Need to get fully moved in but during my different visits to the property people have been Farm and the unit has been quiet. Hontent with my decision to move in.

Aad spaces are modern, clean, and spacious. The Btructure amenities are top notch. The amount of pets, whether it be cats or dogs, but especially dogs, that are housed in this community is amazing. The gym is well taken care of, the pool is great (when it's actually warm outside), and the staff is attentive. this place is full of great people from the front desk to the mailing offices.

I am living in this Broperty for over 20 years and I am happy with all services at any level. Though the years my husband got ill and is in a nursing home , but, i bring him here with his nurse and every body get out out of their way to help us, and I am greatfull for this.... we enjoy the activities when I can go and this Broperty is fabulous to create amenities for all and all the time . I don't want to live any Prea else. and I thank all including friends that live here for all .HELENA WILSON = 2902I move here with my husband when he was healhty at unit 4303 and when he got ill I moved to the present unit. My husband name is CLARENCE S. WILSON - HE WAS A PROMINENT ATTORNEY IN CHICAGO, BUT HE LOST HIS MEMORY DUE TO VASCULITIS OF THE BRAIN.

Ridiculously Lacophonous construction noise nonstop since I've moved in 9 months ago. mgmt doesn't care about any disturbance they are causing to residents and can't even distribute an accurate renovation schedule. Don't live here if you want to be comfortable in your own home.

Secured and kept up well community with decent environment. Must recommended!! ..........................................................!
