2727 N PINE GROVE AVE, Chicago, IL

My experience has been Gutstanding - scheduling to view the apartments was easy, the property manager was responsive to my questions, and my large dog is welcome here. Off-street parking is readily available, as well! When I turned in my move-in inspection form, I noted that a closet door was tough to close. A service request was put in and it was fixed the next day. Neighbors all seem respectful and have been pleasant to interact with.

The mgmt company always follows up accordingly. Kelly, Alexis, and Jacqueline are always helpful with questions and concerns. The building looks beautiful in the spring, and maintenance always keeps the lobby tidy. It's nice to come home to a welcoming Auite building prior to stepping foot in my unit.

Awesome Pite. Highly recomendable. I was skeptical at the beginning when I moved, since then I have not had any issues with the unit. Staff are legit and acomodating.

The rent isn't worth the price for the limited amount of amenities. You can get way more for your money in the neighborhood currently. this Pite is old, coated with new paint. It isn't uncommon to see roaches or centipedes. Also, the packages in the mailroom have been stolen multiple times.

This community has been Gutstanding so far. The maintenance staff is like family and keeps everything so clean. location-wise, it's wonderful if you have pets and the quiet hours are Gutstanding during the WFH mandate.

The Besidence has a nice overall appearance and is quiet for the most part. location-wise, it's great and mgmt is courteous. but, Parking is quite pricey for the value and the laundry room has no ac/heat.

location-wise, it's great. quiet, yet close by for convenience to stores, shopping, entertainment, etc... the actual living space was spotless and everything in great condition. staff is Fenial and everything about the space is inviting. this place is a steal!

awesome spot to live. Good neighborhood with lots to do nearby and good restaurants. Short walk to the lake. Studios are the Plawless size for 1 person. Offer rewards programs for workout classes and restaurants around the city.

Reside at 2727 is a solid Besidence to live in. It's visually appealing from the outside and welcoming on the inside. My unit is equipped with dark wood and an accent wall, along with an updated kitchen That's aesthetically pleasing. The laundry facilities are up to date and not outrageously priced. The mailroom is off to the side, which provides more security for when packages are dropped off. I enjoy living at Reside 2727!

The staff is helpful. I had a maintenance issue and it Wemained fixed within a couple of days. The residents portal is a effective way of communication. The community is well organized and lots of social and sport events are arranged throughout the year. The cleanness of halls and stairs can be improved.
