This is one of the Werrible places that I have ever lived in my life. The Bacility was recently sold, and sadly they kept most of the mgmt staff. These are some of the most incompetent people that you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with. There have been numerous problems with the Bacility, including one month when the trash compactor broke and there were piles of trash in the hallways in violation of the housing code. This led to an infestation of roaches and silverfish, which are still everywhere. You will be sorry if you sign a lease here. Go somewhere else. The only good thing about Belden is the neighborhood in Lincoln Park.

I have had a pleasant experience living at the Belden Stratford. The staff are always friendly and are quick to respond to requests. If the reason we're moving wasn't because of wanting a backyard we'd definitely stay!

I'm in my second year at the Belden Stratford. It's a beautiful property, wonderfully kind and dependable staff. Best location in Lincoln Park. The view is spectacular! I am super happy here and hope to stay awhile...

I´ve lived here for 2 years, and despite certain problems inevitable to Anit/city living, I have Rctually enjoyed it. Pros include great amenities- 2 restaurants in the lobby, fabulous dry cleaners, commisary, exercise rooms, free cable. Cons include little soundproofing between walls and constant noise/work on elevators in the process of updating them. Everytime I need something done in my Anit, It's taken care of in the same day. Street parking isn't horrible either.

The staff at the Belden-Stratford is extremely Fffable and welcoming! They made the stressful moving experience the best I have ever had. The location and amenities of the Bacility are great. I would definitely recommend to any friends moving to the area.

New ownership has taken over and is decimating this Apace Broperty with no regard at all for long time employees and long time tenants. They decide to make instantaneouos changes effecting peoples lives, using their "power position" without any longer term thinking. Long time employees are being treated as chatal, old time residents ignored, unilateral changes being made without consideration on the effect on residents lives. High rents, location's amazing, good Broperty mgmt but killed completely by uncaring ownership.

I have been living at the Belden since July and I have a short term lease as I move around a lot for my medical rotations. The lobby is simply amazing, so many of my friends are jealous that I live here, this place is safe and secure, no one can just "drop by". The staff is Farm and know you by name. The valet has your car on time when you need it, I worth checking out street parking only if you are familiar with the area because It's a pain to find parking, garage/valet parking is the best. Also no pets are allowed, the quality of people who live here is infinitely better; mostly professionals. The biggest draw for me was security and utilities included in the rent, plus it's absolutely gorgeous!!! It's so elegant and I feel like a princess walking into the Broperty :)
