Looking for an apartment can be quite a stressful experience but we felt right at home when we toured the Miro Brickell apartment complex. Eddie was very helpful in getting us a 2-bedroom apartment in this complex, was quick and professional in preparing the lease for us and always responsive to questions we had. We were looking a few months in advance, and Eddie kept in regular contact, sharing information on available apartments as he was notified about them. He was also really helpful in organising our move-in to the community. The apartments themselves are very nice, with good lighting, modern refurbished interiors and working appliances. Our apartment (and I think every apartment...) has a lovely balcony which overlooks the Brickell neighbourhood. The amenities in the apartment complex are great, the rooftop pool is exactly as good as the photos make it out to be, and there is also an on-site gym which is really nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend apartments in this community!

I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to move to Miro. It once was a very nice place to live and reside in, however, ever since the old management left and a new one has taken over, it has gone downhill from there. For one, the fire alarms go off pretty much every day, multiple times a day. Sometimes early in the morning, making work from home impossible and sometimes late at night when one is trying to get some sleep. The package is a mess, making it impossible to find anything. TVs from the common area and equipment from the gym has been stolen and not replaced for months now. The garage door always seems to be broken as well. With rent pricing increased dramatically, we fail to see the concierge benefit that was promised. There currently has not been a concierge for the past 6 months, forcing residents to have to go down to receive a delivery or guests. Lastly, and probably the most concerning, it seems like law enforcements are always outside the building during the weekends due to some other issue that has occurred, making safety a concern.

This place is a dump and so NOT worth what they are charging. New company and the residents are suffering because of their lousy transition. The garage is broken every other day, the fire alarms go off every night multiple times until the fire dept comes. The pool is turning piss green, there is trash everywhere and the elevators are broken every other week. The police or fire dept are here every other day, there have been robberies of cars and scooters from the garage, damage to vehicles, and Miro takes zero accountability. They feel that the resident dont need a 24 hour concierge while people feel so unsafe in this building. This is now the 3rd company to take over the management in 4 years, that says enough? My suggestion is find somewhere else, this is NOT luxury, this is ridiculous and disgusting. shame on these people.

Living here has been tumultuous. Last night, the emergency alarm system went off from 2 am - 6 am, blaring through every room in every unit instructing us to vacate the building during a flash flood warning telling us to stay indoors. Since the fire alarms had been pulled intermittently throughout the evening the weekend prior, most residents didnt take this seriously, but imagine if we had actually evacuated into a tropical storm flash flood warning. We did not hear from our building until nearly five hours after the alarm stopped, and there is no one on site nor any point of contact to reach out to in the middle of the night when this happens. What's more is the elevators were not working and neither was the garage door so we were literally trapped inside of the building. I feel entirely unsafe in this building especially due to all of the recent crime that has been unsolved and received no effective response from management. I deeply, deeply regret resigning my lease.

Building & amenities were OK at best and honestly broke down quite a bit. Staff are nice especially Shawn but the management is horrendous and they will charge you for every single thing they can even think of. Even if you do everything that they say, they will still find reasons to charge you, it's just not worth it. I have been working with Maria and it has been rather unpleasant as I have followed all of her instructions and she still is trying to charge me extra. I would not recommend living here, there are plenty of other better options in the area that have better management and are a more professional business all around.

Just absolutely ecstatic. What more could you want? From living in Edgewater I find the area to be much more walkable and cozy. Also love having the river right next to me for nightly strolls with sir sammy (my lil pup). Location is amazing and I love BRICKELL!

Shawn Brenda and Maira are the best! A dream team. These three are super communicative and take action when needed. I can’t forget to mention how amazing our maintenance staff is. What they all have in common is the simplicity of a positive attitude. They are absolutely friendly and welcoming. Thank you!!! -1603

If you’re looking for an excellent community to live in, this is it! The staff here are always so great and friendly. They always make sure to speak, even down to the maintenance staff. The area is so convenient to grocery stores, shopping areas, and more! I just renewed my lease for another year and actually did 15 months this time. I love it here so much!
