The maintenance personnel was professional and so prompt! I put the work order in around COB the previous day and by 1130 the problem was fixed. It was greatly appreciated because the washing machine has become so much more important with a newborn. Thank you!

I've lived here for going on 7 years! Moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The amount of time I've been here can confirm that I am pleased with my time here. During covid... The building did take a turn downward ... But the new management has done an excellent job keeping this place a home. Love the front desk... They have always been helpful and responsive. Location.... Not in the middle of any of the popular areas... But it's just in reach of all of them. Love spring garden. Relaxed and yet so close to the Miami Chaos. Might be going into year 8 in August. Haha

This is a great community. It's well maintained, the amenities are awesome, it's very clean and it definitely changed for the better since the new manager took charge. I like the fact that people are hold accountable for doing things against the rules of the community, it makes it all easier for all of us who do.

River House is truly the best place to live. The grounds are beautiful, with lush greenery that's always well maintained. The maintenance team is exceptional?they resolve issues within 24 hours and always leave the area spotless after completing repairs. The Management Team is consistently helpful and attentive. Rychardson's smile lights up the entire community; he's truly a gem, always greeting residents, asking how their day is going, and offering help whenever needed. The amenities are also top?notch. The gym, pool, sky lounge, and office spaces are all very well kept and add so much value to living here.

I dropped a snack clip down the sink and it got stuck. Raul came to help, he’s professional, kind and did an excellent job fixing the sink! He also resolved it very quickly. The maintenance team here is awesome.

My maintenance requests are always fixed same day as I submit. The guys are friendly, respectful and efficient. Couldn’t complain if I tried. From garbage disposal to balcony screen door, they don’t let anything go unattended too long.

It is a very nice apartment complex and community. The staff is friendly and I can tell they care to build out the community. My only complaint is that some amenities are a bit under maintained and could use some general clean up/renovating to elevate the luxury living experience

I've had a decent experience I'd say. I do find myself frustrated with the parking situation overall and having lost many packages when I first arrived. I've also had a number of maintenance issues but other than that, it's been a decent experience.

Overall it's been ok and/or good. Staff is pretty nice though sometimes they take a little long to respond if you call in but otherwise they're nice. One thing I wish they would implement is on ground security, particularly in the loading dock area. I've often seen people from outside the community walking in and going through the dumpsters. This happens more often at night than during the day, though it has occurred during the day as well. The surrounding area isn't necessarily the safest so this is particularly alarming as we do not know if these are people that are homeless or on drugs and can pose a danger to residents.

Management and staff are great, but residents complain about everything. It is like walking in eggshells. Everyone has a dog, but they complain about everyone else's dogs. The community could use some entertainment and resident activities to motivate residents to build better relationships with each other. There is no sense of community here and it feels like everyone is out to get you. Even when you try to mind your own business, someone complains about something.
