La manager del Edificio prohibe el uso de las amenidades incluso el uso del ban?o en el lobby a una persona mayor discapacitada, que esta visitando a su hija que vive permanentemente en el.wsificio.Esto es una violacion a la ley ADA que trata sobre las violaciones a las personas mayores adultas y discapacitadas

Its been good, my opinion I feel like its pretty over priced since you took my view from me 214 didnt really make to much sense for the price to go up after another building was put infront of the river. And Ive been living there 3/4 years now Its nice and clean I do love the pool though.

Honestly, I've lived in a lot of our communities and this by far has been the best one I feel at home. The service is amazing. The staff is amazing and it's a very safe and clean environment. I recommend this community to everyone.

The amenities are consistently clean and well-maintained, from the shared lounge areas to the fitness center and outdoor spaces. It's clear that care is taken to keep everything in great condition, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of living here

everything has been pretty good, it can sometimes be noisy later at night, we do have a young Daughter so the noise late at night can be disruptive. There also seems to always have dog pee in the elevator or in the hallway, though it usually gets serviced pretty quick. I just don't understand how someone with a pet let's this happen without cleaning it up?

We have stayed at this location for 1 reason only, that is our property manager, Ginger Noriega!!! She has always resolved any issue, her effort to maintain residents happy is unmeasurable and her daily involvement in community activities is remarkable!!

It's been one of my best experiences which is why I'm on my 2nd year renting here. Ginger is amazing as always and professional. Truly feels like a community. I know my child is safe and myself as a single mother.
