Our sun stepped on a little glass crack inside the pool and spliter of it remained in his foot for all our stay in the apartment. Obviously, he did not used pool anymore and our holiday was spoiled. Eventually, we had to visit one of Miami's private clinic twice to get the glass out! After, we tried to obtain accident form from management of One Broadway but they started acting slippery asking to come tomorrow, then again tomorrow, and again... We used Miami 4 Days letting agency and they were unhelpful also unfortunately. Advice: If you decided to stay in One Broadway and got some accident there - do obtain ACCIDENT FORM immediately and do not check out without it! Also, we do not recommend using Miami 4 Days that was booked through booking dot com (Staying time 16/10/2017 - 21/10/2017) Only one good thing when staying in One Broadway: View. But we could not enjoy it due to accident happened. Regretfully, Andy and Olena.

One Broadway is located in an ideal location, with great restaurants close by along with Publix and Walgreens withing walking distance.. It's a true live/work/play lifestyle if you work in Brickell. It is however, the most expensive rental you'll find in Brickell and offers less security than others. The building has about 40% corporate housing which turns over guest every 2days, none of the guest go through a background (credit/criminal -- the guest are questionable) check that you will go through nor do they have income verification. Therefore, your safely is questionable, as there is no way for the front desk to know who belongs in the building and who doesn't. The Fob access is a total joke The AC has been under constructions for months, you may go a few days without AC or get flooded out due to repair efforts. This being the case the gym may or may not have AC during your workout. The Plumbing can shut off on your in the middle of a shower or doing laundry. Last but not least, due to the large amount of guest (who really doesn't have the mindset of this is my home) The cleanliness of the building is questionable, please know the maintenance staff is amazing and do what they can under the circumstances.. But you can't do but so much in such a high traffic building. You can rest assured, that the lobby will be filled with travelers on a daily bases checking in and out of the units. Good luck in your search choose wisely.

Sadly, the complex has deteriorated quite a bit over the past year, in the quality of the tenants and staff as well as the physical structure. The "upgrades" are cheap cosmetic fixes that appeal to a small group of tenants. They have replaced carpeting with cheap, noisy tile in some units, while keeping contact-paper covered cabinets, low-grade appliances, and plastic blinds. Oddly, they have recently increased the rents by ridiculous amounts (hundreds of dollars over last year). The new group of tenants are not the professionals who used to rent here, but a bunch of noisy, party itinerants who rent short term and make life unpleasant for the permanent residents. The property has turned into more of a cheap motel than a "luxury apartment residence." The halls frequently reek of smoke and garbage is left by the chute. The parking garage is a racetrack with cars nearly colliding at every turn. The office staff smiles and nods, but provides no service or solutions. The new manager is never available, hiding in her office. Moving is a pain, but planning to leave as soon as the current lease is up. Would not recommend to anyone who wants an upscale place to live.

My overall experience living here was a good one. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to issues and the front desk staff is always pleasant. My biggest complaint was that on weekends and some evenings the trash chute would become full and then garbage would pile up all the way to the low floors of the building. This caused the hallways to stink and made it impossible to get rid of trash until they were cleared.

I have lived in One Broadway for almost 2 years and am still appalled by how terrible the building management is. The previous building manager Gio was beyond rude and disrespectful, and would talk to tenants any way she pleased. When she was replaced by Paola recently, I was relieved. However, I quickly came to find out that there was little difference in customer service between them. Dealing with Paola has been a nightmare as I have recently had a dispute come up with a balance that I was mistakenly charged. She showed her unprofessionalism when she promised to return my call by a certain time and date then failed to do so. When I walked into the office the following day she had the receptionist tell me she was busy and it would be a "long time". I refused to leave without speaking to her and eventually about 45 minutes later she stormed out of her office and spoke to me as if she was extremely frustrated that I was intruding and wasting her time. I have never dealt with individuals in a position of management that lack respect and customer service the way the management does at One Broadway. I actually have not encountered anyone in the office who has been helpful or pleasant. Although I enjoy many things about the building I absolutely cannot wait for my lease to end so that I can move out simply because of how terrible it has been to deal with office management. Trust me, if you are considering this building, it is not worth the massive headache that you will have if you ever need to resolve any issues or speak to anyone in the office. My advice in a nutshell: DON'T DO IT! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I have been living in One Broadway since July 2012. During the past 8 month there has been many problems with the elevators. I even got trapped in one of them. I reported the situation with the management staff, but only I got an apologize from Elisa (she is one of the staff members and she the most helpful person there). The manager of the building didn't send and email or a note (they love posting notes in your door and in the elevator). On September 2012, the swimming was broken. If I don't recall wrongly, it was the filter or something. The Jacuzzi also wasn't working in September but they fix it now.

Single handedly the WORST renting experience I have ever had. If it wasn't bad enough that prior to moving in they failed to inform me that the pool would be under construction for almost four months, matters only got worse when for the same amount of time they have been building around my apartment. Paying ungodly high rent should guarantee that you don't get woken up every day of your life and that perhaps a hot shower would be in order. Again a tall order for the one Broadway group, since I haven't had consistent hot water two months. If that want bad enough, please don't bother paying your rent with a card, they will just pretend as it did not go through so your rent can be counted as late and maker you party $175.00 late fee. The gym is old and outdated, there no amenities that are worth the rent prices and whats worse, it is abundantly clear that they don't care about their residents. save yourself the trouble of looking for another place to live before your lease is up, and being miserable and don't move here, simply because one Broadway is a true representation of what how buildings should NOT be run.

We moved here in May and have really enjoyed One Broadway. The apartment had some minor issues when we moved in and were fixed by the next day. Maintenance has continued to be very quick. Everyone is friendly and eager to help. The pool has a great view of the city and is really nice to relax at. I didn't think I would use the rec room but the free wifi has come in handy when I can't seem to focus on homework in the apartment. I like that the building is just on the outside of downtown so traffic in and out of the building is not difficult (not to mention Publix and Walgreens are just a block or two away!) The cleaning gals are always friendly and the hallways and common areas are clean (and no funky smells!) The only con of living here that I have found is they seem to do very short leases and I constantly see people coming in and out with suitcases.....it gives the feeling I live in a hotel sometimes. The apartments are pretty good as far as noise. I have heard my neighbor a couple times but nothing major. Overall I would recommend One Broadway.

Do not get fooled. There are much cheaper place to live around this place. The only reason I rented this place was that I did not have time to come to Miami prior to my move. If you visit and rent by yourself, it will cost you $1000 which you will save from your first month rent. If you look around, there much better place around. They will cost you money every little things they do for you. For example: if you apply for rent outside once you live here, they will charge you $25 just to tell the truth. List is too long. My recommendation is stay away.

The worst mangament I have ever experienced. They don't return any calls, you have to fight for everything, they have a really bad attitude. The hallways always smell like garbage and the walls are paper thin.
