This place is such a great location and affordable. I'm guessing it is so affordable because every building is INFESTED with termites! The pipes are old so you occasionally don't have hot water and the water comes out brown for a few hours. Huge sugar ant problem as well. In the summer months, termites start swarming at night towards any light in your apartment. Its not just a cute amount, its HUNDREDS of them. Jade gardens exterminates but be careful because Jackie threatened to kick me off the lease because I kept complaining. The exterminator has also told me that EVERY UNIT has the same problem! So you honestly can't escape it. Its affordable and cute but the termites is a huge problem. Oh and none of the laundry machines work! The staff has accommodated each one of my complaints until one day Jackie called me threatening to kick me off the lease because she didn't like my tone of frustration in my work order. While I should have contained my frustration, I am dealing with termite infestation and BROWN water coming out of faucets all while paying an arm and leg for this old apartment. As someone who has worked in customer service, she is EXTREMELY unprofessional and even threatened to bring attorneys into this.

First of all I would like to say I am not the type of person to usually write negative reviews but this time i can not hold myself back from how disrespected me and my family feel from the staff here . The staff do not care about your privacy AT ALL today they came to "Fumigate" with no warning at all or heads up that they are coming , they knock extremely hard on my door like an animal which wakes me up and by the time i walk to my door to see what animal is pounding on the door they barge in without permission , mind you i have a 2 year old daughter here.. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE LIVING HERE KNOWING ANY STAFF CAN WALK IN THE APT AT ANY TIME , the mother of my daughter then recieves an extremely rude phone call from the property manager trying to make us feel guilty or something as if it was us that did something wrong , IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING LIVING HERE, DONT !!! UNLESS YOU LIKE INVASION OF PRIVACY AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!!!!! I WILL NOT RENEW THE LEASE IN THIS TRASH OF A PLACE. The neighbors are nice but the staff is disgusting .

Facility is desperately in need of renovation. The cupboard, closets, AC and water heater units are super old. There is a major roach problem due to the age of the complex and all the restaurants near by. Their monthly extermination doesn't do anything as the apartments all have holes by the AC units and when it rains the roaches gets inside. If you are looking for an reasonable apartment that's the place however you will be getting what your payment for. Cheap, dirty, roach infected with no security or surveillance. Park at your own risk.

I lived here in the mid 1980s for two years and only moved due to my job relocation . The time here was good . I found myself moving to Jade Gardens again in 2007 , so I have been here close to twelve years at this time . The management and staff are very competent , professional and courteous . Since 2007 I have had only three or four occasions to request maintenance repairs . My requests have always been resolved in a prompt and satisfactory manner . Location is good with easy access to shopping and main roadways .
