MY NEW CAR WAS STOLEN AFTER 2 WEEKS. I have lived hear about 11 months. About 4 months ago my car was broken into in the secured parking area. Less than a month ago, I bought another car which was stolen from the second level public visitors parking area while I was waiting on assignment to a parking space in the secure area. There is practically no security. The securities presence is not known or felt and their scheduling is predictable. I requested a second parking space which I was willing to pay for in the secured parking area. I was given a temporary parking pass for about 2 weeks waiting for a parking space in the secured area. Allegedly there were no parking spaces available in the secured parking area although you see vacant spots all over. I got another temporary parking pass for 30 days. Right after I got the second temporary parking pass my car was stolen. The management is aware that their is a problem with car thefts and break-ins but have negligently failed to maintain a safe and secure parking garage. Random people easily gain access throughout the building and use the stairs and elevators to move from level to level. You can just stand on the elevator without a key fob and wait for it to be called to go up and then access the alleged secure area using the stairs. The building and amenities are nice and attractive but don't be fooled because the security is not at the same level.

Love the building, property & location. Only thing id change is update the pool furniture as a lot of the chairs are broken. Also perhaps someone at the front desk at all times to help assist food deliveries or friends visiting. Otherwise I love it here.

My experience has been great, everyone is polite the staff is welcoming. Maintenance always comes as soon as possible and gets the job done as quickly as possible. Overall very happy with everything so far.

Beautiful apartment and location. Clean building and friendly staff. Im glad I chose this location. The media room and pool area are very nice and helped me get started when I first moved in. Thanks to Yanely and Natalia everything has been smooth sailing.

So far, I would have to honestly say that my experience here at Wynwood Bay has been a positive one based on only having lived here for a short amount of time. I look forward to continuing my stay here.

The staff have been incredibly friendly, and the building and apartment are beautiful. Moving in was a breeze, everyone has been super helpful, and the location is fantastic. I look forward to living here for a long time

I have had a very positive experience with the staff at Wynwood Bay. Very helpful and attentive team of managers. I would recommend this building to others. We came from California and felt at home right away.

Me encanta wynwood bay ha sido una experiencia muy agradable desde que me mudé a Miami, realmente es un edificio que lo tiene todo y me agrada las vistas que tiene y los apartamentos son muy modernos y de buen gusto, en general estoy muy contento de vivir aquí y si pudiera me quedaría a vivir aquí otra temporada sin pensarlo
