The building management, specifically Yandri Padura, provided excellent service throughout my entire leasing process. The building and the units are beautifully designed and the building is very safe with 24 hr concierge. The Boulevard is a new residential community building that offers amazing amenities, the management and staff is really professional to make your life easy, taking care with attention all your needs. The neighborhood is pretty quite but easy accesible to plenty options for schools, restaurants, parks, nightlife, etc. I highly recommend this community

I toured this property recently and left extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the leasing agents, Julia and Juan, were cold, unwelcoming, and visibly uninterested. There was no greeting, no warmth, and barely any engagement during the visit. Julia never even made eye contact or said hello. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable that I actually asked why they seemed so gloomy, and Juan simply blamed it on the rain. This was especially frustrating because I was genuinely excited about the apartment. The location is great and the unit checked all the boxes for what I'm looking for. I've toured many residences recently, and this was the first time I've ever felt like I was not welcome or didn't belong. To make matters worse, Juan told me he would follow up with information about the unit I expressed clear interest in. It has now been five days and I have received nothing. Leasing staff are the first impression of a community, and this experience was unprofessional and off-putting. I will not be making this place a future home and I can tell they could care less from how I was treated.

The Boulevard is a great place to live! The concierge is always nice, management keeps us updated, maintenance is helpful and the common areas are kept clean. Calm and quiet vibe. Brand new apartments with nice appliances, lots of storage, nice balconies, etc.

We have had a wonderful experience living in this building and truly appreciate the quality of the community and management. From the moment we moved in, everything has been smooth, organized, and welcoming. The building is extremely well maintained. Common areas are always clean, the landscaping is beautiful, and it is clear that a lot of attention is given to keeping the property in excellent condition. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes living here very comfortable and stress-free.

I'm a bit on the fence about my experience. It's a great building overall, and the doormen are amazing and very helpful. However, communication from management can sometimes feel overwhelming or inconsistent. When things are handled clearly, it's smooth, but at times it has left me confused about expectations and follow-through.

Moving in was easily and a breeze. The location is perfect with ease of access to everything without the traffic. It's close to the morningside park perfect for dogs. It's a good building and location to get away from the craziness of Miami
