good building, stupid management. moved into the building, free EV charging in the garage. the charger company went out of business. it's taken 6 months to get new chargers installed and the price went from free to more expensive than a Tesla supercharger. shameful

Cesar assisted by to help with my stove. It wasn’t getting hot and I thought it needed to be replaced. After troubleshooting, Cesar was able to fix it in a timely manner. Thank you for getting the job done!

I have lived in many different building in the area, but Gio Midtown is hands down the best building ever! Steve and Cesar are super quick, professional, and very helpful with all maintenance needs! Something ever needs to be fixed or repaired they are in the apartment the next day to get it done. Beth is the best building manager I have ever dealt with and always on top of making sure the building is perfect and residents are happy. The leasing office team is always on point, super friendly, and very responsive to any concerns or problems you might have. The front desk concierge, Melvin, Yaya, and the rest of the team are always so welcoming and helpful. The building is just all around perfect and clean. From maintenance, management, front concierge, they are the best team, making it the best building! Been here for 4+ years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

Steve and his crew Cesar and Abby Yurgys are so friendly and helpful. Anytime you need a hand they are more than willing to assist and not only do it promptly but are happy to assist. These days it is so hard to find good service! Yaya and Arista are out front and they are the same way! Any help with deliveries or reservations will be handled by these courteous women! I only lived here a year but my stay was so much better because of these people. Thank you !!!

Best apartment in midtown with wonderful location! Central to everything. Maintenance and cleaning staff keep the building well maintained and functioning. Apartment is everything we imagined and more. View is great. Love the amenities, especially the basketball court and pool area. Great study rooms and sauna as well. Everything you need and more.

After living here for a year and just renewed my lease i can say that Gio is really my home. I want to emphasize that the service provided here is exceptional I have a special affection for Yahya and Stephen they are always willing and ready to help me with everything I need. I love living here and I can't express it here with all the details but what I can say is Gio is a good place to live

The best building in the midtown area. The concierge Yahya makes you feel like home on your first day, always welcoming and being kind and helpful. She is the heart and soul for the building residents. So thank you Yahya!
