This place is supposed to be new or remodeled but everything inside still looks extremely cheap. The apartment had a musty smell like mold and the fixtures didn’t look upgraded at all. So glad we decided not to rent here.

Horrible place to live. Cancelled everyone’s leases. I moved here for the view, but never got to use my balcony, and had only lived there for about two months before being to told they were cancelling everyone’s lease and my husband and I would need to move again. Loud construction and my unit begin to smell because of it. I will never live in another AIMCO property.

After 14 years calling Hamilton my home, with the last 4 been under construction and all the amenities were cut, now Aimco is forcing us to leave, regardless of Our individual situations, some cannot move due to medical conditions, others due to financial situations and others because the market is saturated with demands in the real estate market that is almost impossible to find a decent place in such a short time, it is so sad to see how a community falls apart because of the greed of our landlord.

Since taken over by AIMCO, issues that are important to or help tenants do not matter. Only matter of importance currently is AIMCO’s agenda, not our well-being or comfort. The next 10 months for residents will most likely be horrendous and after that prices will get increased to ridiculous levels while parking and utilities will be charged on top of that (which was never the case but I guess they aren’t making enough millions yet).

Overall I have been very pleased with this property... friendly neighbors ... exceptional amenities and unbeatable apartment size. Waterfront Location... the architectural design of the building... and recently the upscale development of the surrounding area!

the living community is safe . The apt is nice with wash and dryer. There is a gym in the building . Maintenance people are polite, caring, and professional . Front desk ( monitor room) staff is very friendly and helpful.

I highly value my entire experience at the Hamilton for over 25 years. The staff has been consistently helpful and responsive, and the building's safety and security has been an important element contributing to my well-being.

I would not recommend living here to my worst enemy due to noise all day, shutdown of amenities, water in parking garage constantly that I stand in to unload my car exorbitant $$ for a parking space, hot tub is a cold tub, pool shut on weekends often and all day weekdays due to construction

Overall positive for a long time, but all of the construction, noise, and loss of amenities has made it less than ideal for living conditions - and the rent reduction that was originally offered doesn't seem to compensate enough for the lessened living experience. Staff is great, and just trying to comply with rules/policies - unclear where they come from.
