Management is terrible. I lived here for 2.5 years. Location is great but building and amenities are dated. But the big problem is the indecency and bad faith of the management company. My original contract had a mistake in my favor (much lower rent price). I accepted a contract modification to correct the mistake. When I noticed a different mistake but this time in their favor, they did not show the same good faith to correct the mistake. Customer service is terrible and it’s impossible to talk to someone with some level of empathy. I highly recommend staying away from this property or any property managed by this company. There are far better options.

This apartment will take your money and scam you. RUN AWAY! I was charged in a unit I only lived in for 6 months and they said it was for damages which did not occur before moving into my new unit. When I asked for an invoice on the unit they did not provide me anything even though I have the right at as renter. They nickel and dime you and are horrible management

Very excited to be moving into this building more than 13 years ago. We are from Miami and we love having some good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Brickell seems perfect. We immediately fell in love with the apartment and wanted to sign right away. We fell in love with the pool and the views, the general areas, and the 24-hour gym. Not to mention that the apartments were spacious with an open floorplan, storage, and a beautiful balcony. A little older but with great management and maintenance team. I've the best experience living here, its a great place to live. I recommend The Yacht Club to anyone looking for a clean, affordable (for Miami ), astonishing, and secure building.

Terrible! No security after 11pm, anyone can walk inside easily! Gate of the parking garage half open most of the time (even at night). Our Ducati motorcycle was STOLEN during the night from the parking garage and we had no help at all from the community. The security cameras where useless. Other residents had same experiences. Don't be fooled by the only 1000$ of deposit that they ask to move in: when you move out you will have back around 300$. Why? 100 for the cleaning (and that's ok), 280$ for repainting (the contract says that normal use is ok, well, is not! they will deduct the cost automatically and you can't discuss it) and other 250$ for "final statements" of everything. Aimco Association doesn't care about their residents. The only good thing about the building is the position, beautiful water view. But you can find much better places around Brickell and with people that cares.

. no security overnight; when security is here they do not check people in or provide much assistance to tenants . out of date elevators; frequently down resulting in a longer than average wait time; no AC in crowded elevators . inadequate package delivery process often resulting in several people looking for packages aimlessly in a small room; late fees and frustration . wifi does not work in the gym or lobby resulting in lost ubers and cancellation fees . frequent construction which does not allow me to work from home consistently . AC and water outages

I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier. I found the apartment as new when I walked in, the Building is extremely clean, and well maintained. The Pool area is lovely, and the gym has everything you need. The staff is friendly and available to help. Recommended.

The Yatch Clube at Brickell is a fantastic place to live. It is close to everything that you need, and the view is unbeatable. Facilities are excellent, and the building is well maintained. The new community manager is working hard to get things done, and the maintenance team is very reliable
