Horrible experience!!! Worst management ever. Whoever reads this please save your money and go rent literally anywhere else. You won’t see a dime of your security deposit. Good luck reaching out to management about any problems.

The property is beautiful but the management company and those that work in the lease office including Sharon and Linnette are useless, incompetent, uneducated, and unprofessional. They have turned this property into an upscale ------. Things will not get done, important documents gets lost, they don’t honor their word. RUN, There are so many other better and professionally ran condos in the area.

This a glorified hotel riddled with AIRBNB units. It's a so-called violation of our lease yet numerous residents have to deal with loud parties, to out of town guest asking where is the pool. Homeless people are known to go for a joy ride up the elevator and one allegedly squatted in a vacant unit. An unauthorized person in an empty unit did in fact jump the balcony to a lower balcony in broad daylight thirteen stories above the street. Before you choose to make the painful mistake of leasing a unit rent from any of our numerous AIRBNB Units. We all hope you all come to enjoy our signature fragrance of MARIJUANA. Monarc at Met when are you going to address burglaries in this building? What are you doing to address it? Here's a clue HIRE A SECURITY GUARD!

UNSAFE BUILDING AND INCOMPETENT STAFF A couple of months ago someone came into my apartment AND STOLE MY PERSONAL PROPERTY WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. Police came to my apartment and took several fingerprints; I also went to the management office to see how they could help investigate. When I went to management, I was received by Linnette who said they would review camera footage and who came in during those times. A couple days passed and I didn't hear anything so I sent her an email to ask about the issue to which she said it went to her spam… I didn't make much of it and asked her to let me know when they had investigated the issue. Over the course of a week, I sent her several emails which she ignored and until now she has not had the decency to respond. I then went back to the management office and spoke to the property management who told me that they cannot investigate anything because THEY DO NOT RECORD CAMERA FOOTAGE OR KEEP ANY REGISTER OF WHO COMES IN. Cameras, which are only available in elevators and the lobby, are solely used for live footage, so basically useless. They never ask non-residents for ID, name or keep track of the time they come in. I told the property manager, that we should at least alert other residents about the issue so they were aware and in case anyone had seen something, however, she REFUSED TO LET ANYONE KNOW BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT IT WASN'T NECESSARY. I also tried writing about this in the building's social platform and my comment was REJECTED which just comes to show the level of professionalism and quality of management. I strongly advise you to not live here as it is one of the most unsafe buildings in the area and management not only won't help you with anything but they will completely ignore you just to protect themselves. All other reviews about unsafety are completely true, trust me. Only live here if you want to feel unsafe in your own home.

It is my first month as a resident in Monarc. I like it, there are some details to refine but I hope they will be considered by the administration. I like the common areas, the pool and the barbecue areas are great. Same as the Club Room.

The community is good but the new management that took over right as we moved in hasn't been the best but I know they are transitioning still, just a bit annoying. We face towards the highway, it isn't any louder than when we lived at our other apartment one block over, it's just something that comes with liking downtown.

Far the worst place I have been ever living in. Management , Concierge are careless. Constant noise from pool area, loud music, smoking of cigarettes , dogs at the pool. There is no visitors control at all, every weekend pool is used as open for public. Very low manners. Issues brought up to Concierge 100 times, as well as to Manager Wesley Owen, who is ignorant , does not have any control over the building in concierge. Whenever issue is brought to his attention, he tries to find an excuse why action has not been taken. Is completely lost , does not even know his own rules. We are planning to take a lawyer and ask for money refund, as we have lost last 10 months of our life here. It is miserable place, never even think to check it.
