Noise people everywhere, the balcony wall had a crack, the entire bathroom wall and a kitchen cabinet fell off; I made complaints but never received a solution to the problem; Rainwater leaked through the walls as well and there was mold.

These apartments are the worst! They are dirty, the security and main office employees are rude and disrespectful. There are so many rules, it's impossible to live in peace. They don't respect your complaints no matter how many times you complain. They lock you in at night! Put chains on the gate and theres not enough parking so the people who park outside on the street are locked out at night because they lock the gate and there's no one around to open it. The elevators and hallways are disgusting and dirty. Everyone is in your business. The gate to come in is a disaster! They made me buy a sticker for my 3 cars for 20 bucks each and the gate never opened with the sticker. They refused to give me a refund. There is always an issue for the gate to open. These apartments are a complete disaster. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

I've lived here for 6 years, the pool is big and clean, and the pool service is only until 7 p.m and there are never any residents causing ruckus in the pool after 7 p.m as the security guides the remaining residents out of the pool area. There are a lot of cameras, in the gym, the pool, the entrance, the parking area, and in the elevators. There is a security going around the parking in a cart for the security of the area, making sure there aren't any suspicious people around. The residents are also very quiet, usually turning off the music at night so others can sleep. Overall, the rent is cheap and I would recommend this to other people.

This condominium is the most poorest managed condominium ever. The management is rude and unprofessional. They dont even speak english or care about the tenants living in the condominium. There are no parking for guests. The limited guest spaces are taken by tenants who are "in" with the management meaning any real visitor has to find parking outside. Clearly from the outside the building neess reparation and there has been no effort to make repairs to the surrounding land and area. Every weekend there are people making a ruckus in the pool area until late or if not in the pool area in their own balcony. No one has any common courtesy for one another. If you live her, you will be making a mistake

I Lived there for 2 years and they were 2 years of hell. i stayed because of the cheap rent, until i had to move because a guy tried to brake into the apartment while i was in by myself. they have 6 floor buildings, the elevators brake all the time, and dont get repaired for weeks. there are a lot of loud people that yell from the parking lot to the appartments, rude. people take the assigned spots all the time, very limited parking. the security guard lets in everyone. the pool is not clean at all. they have people that practice mariachi and you can hear them in the entire complex, they practice until 3 in the morning sometimes if the beer lasts, again, it is hell!. do not move there, specially if you are single female or single mother.
