The most disgusting horrible place to live!!! There is a huge pest problem they refuse to fix. The maintenance is horrible but the worse part is the management. Karen who is the leasing manager has a family member who sells drugs and does them on property. From what has been said and the way she acts she as well does drugs. She is rude and makes threats against the tenants when they decide to make complaints. Debbie or what ever the other assistance managers name is unprofessional and doesn't know her legal housing laws. They make things up so they can charge you fees or get you legally in to trouble. Something needs to be done about all the illegal actions they commit there. The refuse to take resident documentation and paper work to save their jobs. People who threaten there tenants and cause them harm should not work in no establishment. This place is the worse place you can live in orlando. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waterview Apartments was the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Granted it they are on campus and you can walk to all your classes. The water heater never worked, the heat would only come on for five minutes on the max. The first day I lived there, a cockroach fell on me while I was taking a shower. The whole building smelled like Idian food. You could hear people everywhere even your roommate when you are trying to sleep. People are very unsocial around the apartments, and on top of that the maintance crew does not know what they are doing. Carpet was ripped out of my closet and wasnt replaced for a month. They also charged me way too many fees when I left the place that shouldnt have been charged. I would suggest to live off campus and commute to school.

Staff sucks especially PAUL (Manager) VERY SARCASTIC in matters that are extreamely serious to the buyer. I had to hold myself back from doing something stupid becuase of the unprofessionalism. It took about 6 months for my process and during those 6 months I have seen 4 receptionits go by. I know 2 of them personally and all speak poorly about the administration. I have time to explain the crap I will just understand what your getting yourself into when you buy at WATERVIEW. good luck

I was burglarized several times. Only small items taken. Thing is, they entered with a key and locked my door back after leaving! The management assured me only the maintainence men have keys to my apartment! One day, I parked on the other side of the complex, and a maintainence man used his pass key and walked in on me! He played like he had gotten the wrong apartment for repairs. The police say I can't prove who did the crime so I just lost out on money and several peices of jewerly.

They are selling as condos now. I rented a 2/2 for $840 a month. Now they want to sell it to me at $1350 a month! Only $3500 down! sounds good right? These poor souls buying will have to move in five family members JUST to make the morgage. What happens when you move in five people in a two bedroom apartment? The apartment starts to fall apart. Do this to most of the apartments over a three year period and you have sucessfully built a low income, crime infested housing project. Now try to sell and move out. NOBODY will buy! I can't believe how many people are actually thinking they are making an investment at waterview! Like momma used to say "suckers are born every minute". I'm getting the hell out of Miami A.K.A. north Cuba.

No notice, nothing. I come ome to find out they are selling the apartments as condos for $100,000 !! My apartment was sold out from under me without me even being contacted. Now I've got to move asap. You've GOT to be a dumb idiot to buy any of these apartments for $100,000 . They flood everytime it rains, blaring music all hours of the night, security ONLY speaks spanish,
countertops, baseboards need replacing. Come to think of it, that's why they are selling out. Add the property taxes, AND the association fees and you've got to be nuts to buy here! You know, I'm glad I have to move. Thinking about it, they've done me a favor! I feel sorry for the poor idiots who think they are getting a deal buying here.
