The place is well maintained. It’s also quiet and very friendly neighbors. The staff does from time to time throws do monthly events for its residents to keep us well informed about happenings in and around our neighborhood. They have special get togethers and occasions with their residents which is pretty neat. Since I moved here I had a very pleasant stay. They have nice amenities and lake views are awesome. Close by are shopping malls and plazas just anything you are close to get to. Thank you to Assistant Manager who had made my move there very informative and pleasant.

Quiet neighborhood. However, the limited amount of cars allowed to park is not the best. Also, the rules always seem to change regarding the guest parking. Not very clear on how long/often people can stay overnight. Some of the security can be rude and condescending.

I have been living here with my family for 7 months. The place is wonderful, quiet, very clean, with large areas to spread out, a very well maintained garden, although I would like it to have more trees that provide shade. The management team is very professional, attentive dedicated to their work, they attend to any problem immediately and keep all the residents of the place well informed. The maintenance team is very special, they work fast, they are very efficient, they work with quality, they are respectful and cordial. The apartments are very well cared for, with enough space according to the number of rooms and with laundry service inside. Near the condominium there are markets, commercial areas and even the mall is very close. It is also possible to easily go to the marinas and contemplate the sea, which together with the area to walk in and out of the condo, helps to relax. In general, the place is excellent to live with family or alone. I recommend it to all my friends

I have been a resident of this community for 8 years. The OCV management leadership staff have always been very supportive with addressing maintenance repairs in a timely manner, the wait time is normally 3-5 days for minor repairs. Any urgency were handled as an expedited I never had a long wait time. As for the community environmental safety I have a peace mind my experience over the years this community have been quite, serene for me and my family since our long time stay. Additionally, the rental management group perform quarterly inspections on the property to provide their tenants with a quality of comfortable living units by upgrading any utilities that have exceed the maximum wear and tear warranty. For addition safety tips the management team provides many community safety awareness meetings, and seasonal children friendly events for the Old Cutler Village Families. I will like to extend my family extreme gratitude to the OCV team for their hard work, and continuous support to their tenants. Wishing all a Happy and safe Happy Holidays!!!!

Between the years 2007 and 2015 I lived in this beautiful and quiet community, the operation in general is extremely good and both the office staff and the maintenance staff are paramount to the tenants. If I had to return to live in this beautiful community, I would not doubt it, they are simply the best
