This place was great when I moved in. But a lot has changed. I rented a car while my car was in the shop. Forgot the rental car doesn't have a parking decal on it. After all, it's not my routine for me to have to think about decals. I remembered 1 hour later and ran outside to move the car but it had already been towed. Cost was $800 dollars. Before that happen my ex wife came to pick up child support one morning. She didn't know it was parking by decal only. They have tow away sings but you won't notice them because they're attached to the handicap sign. Makes you think the tow away sing is for handicap spot. Anyway, while she was at the door the towing company hooked up the car and took off. I paid for it, cost $220. Water constantly backs up from kitchen sink and floods kitchen and living room (in many units). It's like sewage water. Anyway, they don't bother cleaning it professionally, that's your responsibility. Cost for that was $125 × 3 = $375. There are a lot of vandals keying up cars. Someone keyed up nearly 60 cars in the parking lot. Hainlin Mills didn't do anything. Cost was into the THOUSANDS $$. Kids are always throwing rocks in parking lot hitting cars, they do nothing about it. Parents NEVER supervise there kids. Neighbor was just robbed at gun point...he was smart and moved. I can go on and on, but I don't think I need to.

I moved in not so long ago and i must say they are the nicest office people on the block. They make you feel like moving in!!!! Across the street is terrible customer service. They treat you like a number in a meat market. Hainlin staff and maintenance are very helpful. The property manager Mrs. Sanchez was very helpful and sweet. I am a happy tenant. I moved in on 03/06/2012 and i dont plan on moving out for a long time.

Be aware of the terribly loud music going boom boom boom from some neighbors. We lived there for 1 and I was very happy when I left. You have people hanging out in the stairways at all hours of the night drinking beer and I even saw people smoking weed! That is disrespectful to the families who live there. If your looking for a quite safe place to live. Trust me this is not it. STAY AWAY.

Ignores the phone. A person should not have to constantly call a business to speak to someone. Kinda unprofessional to me. Maintenance staff is excellent, that is if you can get in touch with someone to let them know you even have a problem.

I have been a resident for 4 years now and i honestly have no complains! The maintenance are very hardworking men and always maintain the property clean. The Office staff are very nice people and always took care of my problems right away. They are here to do their job and they do it pretty good if you ask me! What more can you ask for, nice community for an affordable price compared to everything else around the area. See for yourself.

TALKING TO STAFF IS LIKE TALKING TO A 2 YR OLD. (THEY RESPOND BUT THE CONVERSATION IS GONNA BE REALLY RANDOM). EVERYTHING ELSE IS GOOD.
