Went to Museum Terrace for an in person tour and there's no words to describe how rude this agent named Bruce was to me. I went there on a Saturday to find out how was the access to the apartments by stairs since I don't use electricity due to the Shabbat, day of rest for Jewish people. He refused to facilitate this request for me simply and rudely saying "I won't climb the building for you just because you can't take the elevator. You have to come another day or don't come at all." The security guard who was there at that time can testify this. I was appalled on how rude and unwelcome a person can be especially during this time of COVID that they would care about reviews and trying to fill out the vacant units they have. The good thing is that I learned in time from this bad experience and found a much better deal in another building close by where they treat people respectfully. I left Museum Terrace just wondering if this loser was in a bad mood or simply hate Jews.

It used to be a good building but it has not been since late last year when they started tearing the whole place up. We have lost all our amenities including pool, lobby, mail room, gym, elevator, guest parking, security entry, road access, not to mention peace and quiet. IT is always loud with construction, and there are piles of debris, because they have yet to complete any of the renovations. They are also upgrading any units that are vacated, and that is very loud. There are huge rent increases. On top all that, there is a giant 20 story mega complex being built next door that will block our view when construction of 2 years finally ends. The noise and road blocks from that project make our building loud and uncomfortable. Complaints are not addressed.

Bed bugs, constant construction, elevators always out, pool closed for months, stolen packages, stolen bikes, creepy tenants, lots of noise, new bldg next door will be 20+ stories and block out the sun on Museum Terrace, huge rent increases.

This is the worst place ever. The only good thing is that Beatrice and the on site management staff trying to keep this place together. We don't have a lobby any more, it has been under construction since early November. We are being told that construction will continue till July. The thing is that nobody is constructing anything. The place has been ripped apart but nothing is happening. In the meantime tenants need to enter and exit through the garage. There is literally no security. YES, there are security guys at the entrance of the garage but they are in their cellphone at all times and they don't care who gets in and out. Packages that are left by amazon are disappearing from the hallways. The front elevator has not been working since November. They demolished the gym but never put it back together again. You can't even get to P2 (second floor) where the gym was any longer. It's closed off. They ripped out the hallway tiles on the sixth floor over a month ago but apparently stopped working. So now there is just the subfloor, looks like the work was stopped. About a month ago the pool area ant the hot tub are was closed off fir no apparent reason and no one at management can give you an answer when they will reopen it. Mind you, that after they closed it for over six month in the summer. This place sucks and we are moving out. Worst place ever after we caked it gone for over three years. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

My roommate and I love it here. Perfect location and amenities. Our unit is slightly outdated (cupboards etc) no large complaints. I haven't experienced any of the things former residents have described in their reviews. Bruce was very helpful with our move in and so far - no issues with the manager.
