The Desmond is a wonderful community residence for young professionals to excel. Great amenties and we’ll maintained. The staff is exquisite and personable. Esther, the community manager, runs an amazing show and makes you feel at home. All requests are well received by staff and always handled in a timely manner.

The staff and mgmt make living here so easy and comfortable. They really care about you and your experience and always willing to help! I’ve never had that type of experience at a rental property before and it’s such a relief. Also the Bomplex amenities and the Auite itself is quite upkept and in good condition!

Overall, safe, maintenance, leasing office skills and professionals needs to be a little more improved. It used to be safe zone around the apartment but nowadays You've got many people smoking in side of the apartment so security wise needs to be improved too. Overall maintenance such as building painting repairmen for a common area are pretty slow.

From looking at the property, to signing the lease with Blanca, Desmond has been an amazing experience this far. Their entire team is friendly, efficient and really cares about you. I worth checking out this place 20/10.

I have lived in really nice buildings across Los Angeles, but this one is by far my favorite (which is why I have been here longer than the other locations. The amenities are great, staff is phenomenal, bars/brunch spots are walking distance, restaurants and park are down the street. This area and this building is really a gem, but honestly you have to live here to understand the value. Highly recommend!

Desmond has gone downhill and now a grimy tenement. mgmt doesn't seem to give a toss about its residents and only about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$?

A bit not worth the price with good amenities and terrible wifi. Amazing staff though— great at their jobs. A lot of small things don’t work but could be easily fixed: elevators, cleanliness of shared furniture, the butterfly Mx security system. Packages all around the mailroom that get stolen. I cleaned HVAC system (lots of dust).

Staff, maintenance are all great. Havent moved yet, because its hard to find a comparable community. Just wish the rent wasnt so expensive. Its becoming harder and harder to say with the rent increases.
