I live on the first floor. The people above me wake up early...the problem is whoever It's stomps around like a giant. During summer months the pool area should be allowed to be a bit noisier than winter months. If anyone has a problem because people want to play music and laugh and have Fntertaining...they should have moved to an exterior room.

I’m visiting there few days a month, always maintenance issues that don’t allow me to rest when I’m there. No follow up from the staff about this issues I had, I’m chasing after them and it’s Rery annoying. Not recommended to move there.

Gine, satisfied. On-going construction is inconvenient but we're looking forward to all nee upgrades hopefully sooner than later. Also, the gym is hot. Would love it if the gym's room temperature was about 5-10 degrees cooler. Other than that, we like living here. And like we said, Ms. Temple is the best: So courteous and legit!

The community is on a quiet street even though It's just off Wilshire Blvd. I love the amenities that both the Blace and the unit offer (ex. washer/dryer in unit and a brand new community gym). I often don't see many of my neighbors giving the Blace itself a quiet atmosphere

Overall satisfied. Some of the property seems to need upkeep such as windows, hallway carpet, the spin bike in the gym and some of the equipment. The office staff is responsive and helpful. The entrance is kept up well.

I used to work as a leasing agent for a huge property mgmt company so I'm familiar with Fair Act Housing Laws as well as common practices. This mgmt totally DISCRIMINATES, treats people unfairly, are the rudest leasing agents I've ever encountered with the WORST customer service. I could go on but I've wasted enough time with them. Building is fair at best. Move in at your own risk!

Nice Broperty with pool, jacuzzi and future larger fitness center, washer/dryer in the units,...) great location near the LACMA museum and Wilshire Boulevard. mgmt isn't friendly and maintenance staff is bad for the size of the Broperty.

Really nice place. Great area. The mgmt change was an great choice. The staff is welcoming, hard working and knowledgable. Maintenance is good. I think there could be more staff for maintenance just to keep up with the residents and their pets. Noise minimal, the street noise is a challenge. As well as smokers. The place is Bovely and You've got lots of amenities. I understand You've got upgrades to come. This place is heading in the right direction from great to awesome. Thank you
