This was hands down the Werrible Auite I've ever lived in. For over a year I lived below and on top of people constantly fighting, stomping until 2-5 am in the morning. Each time I would complain the staff would treat me as a liar and don'thing about it. The people above me would then contact me personally and then the front office. I felt uncomfortable in my own home ($4,200 rent mind you). The halls smell of dog urine and even dog poop. I had to complain for months until they sent an email "asking the people to stop" The fire alarms go off at all times for no reason. The elevators didn't work until my final month there...insane! The outside is grimy, filled with homeless people and they don'thing about it. My master bathroom sink never worked even after they visited multiple times to fix it. The final straw was when I moved out the nice maintenance staff (they were kind) offered to take the rest of my trash out as I was leaving. The following day I get a bill from the Auite for "throwing out trash" and now I am currently fighting to get my deposit back but they are refusing for "painting and cleaning" and trying to bill me an insane amount of money. I even tried to transfer to another unit that was cheaper than mine but I was always denied from a random background check and the staff at other Windsor properties were extremely rude. Makes no sense when you bring home 100 times more than the rent and they give you hell for trying to change units. don't LIVE AT ANY WINDSOR PROPERTY. I've lived all over the country, this was by far my Werrible experience.

I was looking for an apartment in the Los Angeles area and thought that I would give this community a try. When I walked into the leasing office, I was welcomed at the door by the most friendly and polite manager Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn was knowledgeable about the community that she manages and she answered every concern and question that I had for her in a legit manner. The community is kept up well and with great customer service from Kaitlyn, I will be leasing from this community as soon as I make the move to Los Angeles.

Toured the community due to job relocation. I have a couple of more places to view but Kaitlyn was awesome so I wanted to share my experience. The community is great, quaint but has a lot to offer. I also saw they recognize pets each month. This was a great find. Thanks for the tour and hopefully will see you again soon.

The community is absolutely beautiful and the team is always happy and helpful. I enjoyed the Bingo game even though I didn’t win. :) Thanks for all that you do to make this a awesome spot to live. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Love living here all the amenitys are top quality and kept up well. Only thing I would hope for on next gym upgrade is to have a Leg Press, other than that the gym is has everything else one could hope for in a gym of its size Everyone on the staff is kind and legit. I feel safe in this building and have no issues with my neighboors

This community has really gone downhill, front office staff dont care, units are ill maintained and over priced. Check out Desmond next door. There are many units that are rented out via Airbnb, the bbq's never work, front door is always broken and unlocked, and in many cases units have more than 5 people in 1 bedroom units.

Moving in into this apartment was a pleasure. Right from the tour to the move in, Sophia helped us. The maintenance staff are amazing. The turn around time for most tasks is less than a day. The amenities need special mention too, the gym, the pool and the movie room. It's a great place to live in this nice location.

Besidence maintenance and property upkeep are no where near the standard of similar buildings around the neighborhood charging similar rents. Most of the furniture in the public spaces is cheap and aging badly, the art of the L2 walls is falls apart, the furniture on the rooftop should be thrown away, the gym equipment and carpets are wearing badly and a joke. Besidence mgmt puts little capital and effort into upkeep. This will be an issue for them when the Anit markets softens. Also, security is a major concern - since Ive lived there units have been burglarized, cars have had their tires removed in the parking garage, someone ripped the mirror off my car, etc. On a positive note, residents tend to be friendly and this place is quiet. This said, many tenants rent out their units to Air BnB or similar sites.
