Really good apartment for size and sound proofing, the pool is nice, but very cold. As far as everything else, it's horrible, it's been under construction since I moved in and the "gym" is disgusting. There is a huge roach problem, the apartment has been fumigated twice since moving in and there's still roaches. Also, at least three plumbing problems a year for some reason. As a first apartment, it's alright but I wouldn't recommend living here for more than a year. It's close to everything in Hollywood.
