Wow wish I can give them a one star let’s start off by the cockroaches all over the front gate before entering this cheap --- gate. the trash was always overfilled very nasty especially when you pay 1900 a month. They said a laundry would be put into unit never was the entire year. The last part is best they put up a cheap --- gate that closed on my new car I got in oct 2019 then I had the gate close on my car dec 2019 the Managment scammed me said they would pay go get a quote I did it was about 1500 in damaged. They never paid a penny. And know they have a judgment placed on my credit for no reason . Guess what I will see you in court you will be sued for the car damage and being a scum bag in California won’t work

This place is horrible! The manager is a complete slumlord who won't make repairs unless you report her to the LAHC. She's a liar and a snake. The area is disgusting, people just throw trash on the sidewalks and don't clean up after their dogs. In the actual building people pee in the stairways and it reeks of urine. There is NO ventilation in the building and it comes equip with an army of relentless roaches. I also had to report her for that just to get my apartment sprayed. If your a woman you will get catcalled by the shady neighbors that linger outside at night. It's the least safe neighborhood I have ever lived in. Bottom line, if you see a listing for this apartment complex RUN. You do not want to live here.

Like the other reviews, I agree that this place is a mess. It smells of urine in the halls because people urinate everywhere. There is constantly trash in the stairwell, on the ground, and in the lobby. The manager is never in her office nor does she return a call. She lives in the building, yet you will never see her in the office during her posted hours. She does not fix anything. She didn't even have service request forms until 2 months after us moving in. And her supervisor is even worse. He won't listen to your problem, just talk over you and lie. The manager would not give us a copy of our lease until the week we moved out (she is required by law to give it to us, at the latest, 21 days after it has been signed). She does not give us warning of a water shut off. And she threatened my family who was staying with me for the weekend. The building is INFESTED with roaches, and even though they sprayed our unit TWICE they seem to be everywhere and growing larger. We have had so many problems that we tried contacting the owner of the building. He did nothing to help our situation. After we confronted him with the civil suits against his building and management, he agreed to void our contract. But , now, he won't contact us back. This management team is breaking all sorts of laws and even the police told us to get out as fast as we can. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

The managers never last here. The current one doesnt repair anything and wants all --------- out, only wants to rent to white people. Constantly raising the rent. The balconies are broken and about to fall but the manager still wont fix them. She would rather let them fall and kill a person than take some time to repair. Shes always fighting with a resident. This whole place needs to be remodeled. Its usually dirty, the janitors do a half --- job. Oh god and the manager is NEVER in her office. It could be 2 pm on a tuesday or 10 am on a thursday and even though her office hours are 9am-5pm shes NEVER EVER there. And I know shes not in lunch because her office sign says that she takes her lunch and 12 pm-1 pm. Dont expect anything fixed or remodeled here if you live here and if you give her a request she'll get to it when she feels like it, may take her acouple months. She offers a laundry site but its NEVER open. The manager uses it for herself. She puts her cloths in, locks it, takes it out and locks it again and theres one on every floor.

Stay away unless you like people urinating and leaving trash all over the building, including hallways, garage, and common areas (pool and courtyard). Laundry facilities are always broken. Gates are always left open including the front door. I was unable to use my underground parking space, because of some unknown liquid crap dripping from the ceiling, damn near ruined my paint on my car! Broken beer bottles everywhere. People doing drugs on their balconies. This place is an immigration transit area. It is a shame because there are allot of families that come here and work their but off to provide their children with a better life, but their kids turn into worthless thugs and druggies. Several shootings in front of building. I got in to a fight with some --- because; his girlfriend and him were having sex on the patio, right in front of my daughter s window. People have no respect for each other there. Graffiti everywhere. The only view available here is the LAPD choppers circling the area every night. The poor cleaning lady and maintenance man work their but off every day, but these people don t care, hell they teach their kids to throw trash everywhere. OH by the way, has a major bed bug and roach infestation. Pets are not allowed, but they are everywhere. This place ought to be shut down.
