“Unit E6 Pros: The maintenance team is very nice and consistent. They clean inside the building, hallways and outside the building well. They have a signup sheet for extermination which keeps the building's pest control in check. Mostly families in this building, some younger people, but overall it's quiet. The units are spacious compared to what you'd see in the city or Brooklyn. Overall the units have a homey aesthetic and charm. Cons: The heat is controlled by management, it could be warmer and more frequent. We just got new management so it's improved a little bit. The laundry room is ridiculous, only 3 washers, and 2 dryers for the whole building and they break down often. The washers and dryers price keeps going up too, nearly $3. The water pressure isn't that great but it's not horrible. Also, outside of the laundry room there's no amenities, and no outside space. I wish the back area or roof had some type of outside space. The way the building faces, it doesn't bring much light especially with standard sized windows. Advice to landlord: Add more washers & dryers and improve water pressure. Consider including some outside spaces.”

— 97-50 QUEENS BOULEVARD · Queens“Pros: The heat is good , but everything else is mess ! My building had doormen and they took them away My building the doorman took in the packages and would bring them to you at night now they are left as mess in the lobby . The walls have water leaks which the walls reflect the white powder damages to the lobby walls . The Building office is supposed to hy law put your maintenance in an interest baring account . They use to send me the statement they stop doing that and took the money In 2017 ! So no interest baring account like The law states . When you notify them there is problem to get fixed it took them 6 months To come and fix the problem Worst place These days to Live I took them to court back in 2018 for dust creations of work being done and Judge found in my favor and got 2 months free rent ! Cons: See above stay away”
“Pros: Three entrances and exits Cons: Three packages stolen in 6 months Advice to landlord: Stay on top of issues, review footage and prosecute whoever’s responsible.”
— 63-60 98 STREET · Queens“Pros: Building is nice, clean at all times. Neighborhood Is nice Cons: The super is not that friendly. My apartment kitchen floor was outdated and yellowing. The laundry rooms/machines constantly have problems, the buzzer/front door is always broken. The lockers for packages NEVER get used accurately or work Advice to landlord: Invest more into the lockers and the buzzer”
— 64-20 SAUNDERS STREET · Queens“Pros: Mail box is pretty good Cons: Clean hallways more”
— 64-85 WETHEROLE STREET · Queens“Pros: Close to malls and shopping Centers. Cons: No heat is provided to some apartments and no service. But yet rent is extremely high! They find ways to raise rent by claiming major capital investments. They get away with all sorts of violations. Advice to landlord: Give heat, be more socially responsible, stop trying to find any occasion to raise tenants’ rent outside of legal rent control guidelines. If the heat is not turned on, we will take to the internet to let potential renters know what is in store for then if they move in. You need to be more socially responsible and honest. Lastly, our rents pay for your managers’ salaries. Have them be more polite when we customers contact them with a problem. Some of them are very rude!”
— 65-44 SAUNDERS STREET · Queens“Pros: Great neighborhood great neighbors Cons: Roach infested through and through. Top to bottom. — 67-15 DARTMOUTH STREET · Queens“Pros: Staff is friendly and location is great Cons: Roach infestation & plumbing/water Advice to landlord: Step it up. For $2K + a month I’d hope to not go two days without water and plumbing. The roaches are getting ridiculous also. & the winter is coming so let’s see if the heat works this winter.”
