“Pros: I really don’t have good things to say about this place Cons: Where do I begin? -bedbugs are in the walls. But when you sign your lease it says there’s no history of them. -super is rude, nasty and does not do his jobs. -water is hard -mold in the walls -land lord, Jose Diaz WILL NOT respond to your emails and if you get lucky for a response he is rude. - they only fix things if you threaten a lawsuit. Advice to landlord: Cut your losses and sell your business because none of you deserve to be in this type of field.”

“Pros: Rent stability, public transportation accessibility Cons: Management takes forever to fix apartment issues. They tend to loose money orders and refuse to acknowledge the issues and wants one to go on a search. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants and work with them. It makes things a lot easier if both parties are willing to work with one another.”
